Old Guardian's Budget Murloc Shaman

While building a Murloc Shaman without Murloc Warleader may seem strange, it actually proved to be a capable deck. With slightly lower burst, I chose to add a Rush package of Hench-Clan Hogsteeds and Mogu Fleshshapers to help me stay on the board better, and that did the trick.
