This is a deck with a lot of moving parts. I've refined it since my first run, but this basic idea got me 7 wins on my first try, mere hours after the mode launched.
The main goal - win with elusives.
Secondary goals - remove opposing threats, handbuff something important and then copy it, level up one of the 6 heroes, Dragon's Rage something into their nexus for lethal, push damage with Quick Attack, drop some turrets ... there is a lot you can do here.
Since there are not enough different elusives to make a singleton deck with only that goal, this deck has a lot of additional possibilities (especially when you consider Heimer and Vi). If you can win with the elusives, great! If not, you'll have to be creative coming up with the best alternative plan. But I promise you, this deck is very flexible in its options for winning a game. And of course, since it's Ionia, it has the ultimate trump cards in the form of Will of Ionia and Deny.
Good luck, have fun!

Not sure what's going on but I'm constantly losing to aggro with this deck. I'm not drawing any 1 2 or 3 drops till it's too late and I can't come back from the board and life lead.
Regardless of the deck you choose for this event, there is some luck involved. If aggro curves out and you don't have removal or early drops, you'll probably lose. That's just bad luck, especially if you don't have any removal OR early drops.
But it should be hard for aggro to curve out, due to the inconsistency of a singleton deck.
4 win due to elusive, two win tks to VI and one with an unstoppable Heimer
i fact seven win with this deck - tks
Only one loss against a deck which was looking quite a mirror :)
i will try it
