Ash Allegience - Patch 1.6

People will look at this list and be like wow It's worse than Ash Sej.

This isn't as true as people think...

1. caught in the cold is literally just sejunai's ability that everyone loves without needing to run sejuani

2. shatter is arguably better than culling strike in the right hands.

3. Outriders are literally a 6/6 for 4 mana, but unlike hawk they don't spread out their stats which is better

4. Shaman is a control card for sure, and that's okay

5. Harsh winds is obviously amazing

6. Yeti is better than winter's breath in all my testing, despite loving that card it's just too expensive

7. Tyndadamere is game winning

8. 1 she who wanders is fine, it's a 10/10 with regenerate
