You'll notice that there have been some key changes to the list he shared.

1.  You need take heart, not running it is wrong its the best reason to run a self dmg list

2. You need scargrounds, we might not have noxious self dmg tools but I'm confident 9 aoe's is reason enough.

3. Hush hits Nasus Thresh hard, but I'm far more scared of aggro atm. I'll take blighted ravine all day long.
