Non Toxic Bandle City

So this Bandle city as the devs intended it, where you play tristana leveled and all your small stuff gets impact...what actually happened was it went two directions.

1. Poppy aggro

2. Infinite cycle control

Not sure if the devs intended this or understood that card advantage plus board presence in a game with expensive removal would end up 0ut classing everything else but it does and it is.
