Galio is a natural finisher for elites.
Who tend to love buffs, so battlesmith, for demacia, bannerman, Cynthia, Galileo is exactly what you are looking for.
The problem then is how to go wide fast enough, and birds are your best friend here to the point that we even run bird tutor for more birds.
Its the only way for mono demacia to keep up with the likes or yordles etc.
