Collection Lux

Big problem with collection is that it's 7 mana do nothing.

Now you can spend 7 mana yo do nothing and get a Lazer which is a bit better for stalling for subsequent turn value.

3 concerted, 3 detain tutors, 1 minimorph to get rid of big stuff.

Otherwise we're bandlewood so going wide shouldn't be a issue to maintain board control.
