Poro cannon is great, all jinx needed was more ways to go wide and more discard
This is considered to be a tier 2 concept but I like to think my version is better.
Not running Sump Dredger and Kato is just dumb, like he turns your 0/2 challengers into 3/2's and dredger is a big aggressive dude that rumages
