Saga of Krark Losing His Thumb

Flip Ahead (If you would put a lore counter on this saga, instead flip a coin. If you lose the flip, don't put a counter on and repeat the current chapter.)
I — Add {U}{R}.
II — Create a token that's a copy of Krark, the Thumbless and a token that's a copy of Krark's Thumb. (Keep in mind they're both legendary!)
III — Choose target opponent. Flip a coin with them. The loser of the flip loses a quarter of their life, rounded up.
