Game update on March 3, 2025 introduced a new feature - Alliance Whitelist!
A long requested feature by the community to allow selected players to leave and join back their Alliance without the need to have turned on Open Recruitment for everyone. This will allow a greater control and flow of players between Alliances and less time spent juggling invites by R4s and R5.
Table of Contents
How To Add Players to the Alliance Whitelist?
Only R5 (Alliance Leader) can place players of their Alliance on the Whitelist.
- Go to the Alliance menu, and Settings.
- Select Whitelist option.
- There, select any players you want to place on the Whitelist and Confirm Changes.
You can see your updated member list right after.
How To Remove Players From the Alliance Whitelist?
Only R5 (Alliance Leader) can remove players of their Alliance from the Whitelist.
- Go to the Alliance menu, and Settings.
- Select Whitelist option.
- Click on any player from the list and then on Remove.
What Are the Limitations of the Whitelist?
- Only R5 can place/remove players on/from the list.
- It looks like you can only place up to 50 players on the list.
- When a player on the Whitelist rejoins the Alliance, they are placed at rank of R1 - meaning R5 will still need to assign them their proper rank manually.
To be able to attain the previous rank after rejoining an Alliance would be a great help for R4s moving around multiple alliances and it would remove the need for R5 to always advance their rank for them to be able to fulfill their R4 duties. Let's hope a future update can bring this change.
How To Rejoin a Whitelisted Alliance?
If your R5 puts you on the Whitelist you will get a notification email.
You can then leave the Alliance and rejoin at your leisure. Whitelisted Alliance(s) will be tagged among the Alliance list.
