i am a new player so forgive me if i miss the point but why does king mukla exsist?
i recently got him and he only does something negative (unless the bananas can be positive for you) so why would hearthstone create such a card?
or is there something good about king mukla that i am missing

It gives you a massive advantage on board like millhouse if your opponent has no minions in play. Back when it was printed it wast a given that they had a 1- or a 2-drop in play. Now it exists to full your opponent hand with trash so that you can mill their good cards
There was a time Mill Rogues and Mill Druids were viable at competitive play and there were not so much Hand filler cards and there were not so much cards which you make your opponent draw a card.
Side Note: If you don't know what is a Mill Archetype, Mill Archetype simply aims to burn opponent's cards and make them go fatigue quick to be lethal and make them take quick fatigue damage by making them drawing cards while they have no cards in their deck, while protecting them with some evasion + healing packages and card advantage.
It was used on that role. Playing King Mukla + Naturalize/Coldlight Oracle adds your opponent's hand 4 cards. While your opponent has 8 or more cards in hand it makes them burn 2-3 of their cards and with his fat stats it also helps to trade bigger minions with lower mana cost for that archetype. In that time Handlocks/control Warriors were so popular decks so it was a good tech card for mill archetype.
Still he might be viable if Standard Mill archetype gets some support but in wild, there are some better options and decks in wild are so powerful for him. Because mana cheating is just normal for wild and his stats couldn't enough, also banana's couldn't enough to fill too and also Mill archetype gets hurt because of Jade Idol and some other decks and cards which fills decks and makes the decks cheat fatigue.
it is a 3 mana 5/5. that is 2/2 more than your average 3 mana minion, so he gives your opponent 2/2 with the bananas.
when using him practically I think the best thing to do would be to put him in a mill deck. a deck that makes your opponent draw so many cards that they burn cards of the top of their library.
or you could play him with minions that care about your opponent casting spells. such as Burgly Bully or any trogg card.
he is pretty bad legendary though, sorry you had to open him. but I would still not dust him because you might end up opening him again in another pack. also some fun gimmick might come up that uses mukla.
IIRC Mukla has seen competitive play as a 3 mana 5/5 once or twice(literally), but as others have pointed out, his main use (if any) is to fill the enemy's hand with junk.

Competitively, he's only show up in tempo decks (most recently odd rogue), not mill decks. The idea is that a 3 mana 5/5 is great tempo. You give the opponent 2/2 worth of bananas but they still need to spend 2 mana to get his 2/2 on the board, which is mediocre tempo. He is better in decks that excels at keeping early boards clear (like tempo rogues), so that the opponent has no active minions to put bananas on
Add to that, he's a nice highroll on anything that sticks a "random 3 cost minion" or "random beast", thru evolve mechanics or whatever. Thing is, it's a classic legendary, and times were different then - you could dominate with a well timed Chillwind Yeti :)
It's worth noting that Mukla is from the classic set, and the game was pretty different at the start. Just tempo-ing out a 5/5 on turn 3 could be a solid play in various decks, especially if you had something in hand to deal with your opponent's buffed minion. I remember a time when people would jam Antonidas on turn 7 as a win condition, because chances are he'd live. Today there are way too many ways for him to get killed, silenced, etc. from hand.
Does Mukla have value in the current meta? Probably not, except in some mill scenarios that others have noted above. Of course, he's great to get from Wandering Monster, Exotic Mountseller, etc.
FWIW I disenchanted Mukla to get playable legendary cards like Zilliax, Leeroy.
Don't be afraid to disenchant crap legendaries.
If you're a new player, you will find that people will generally tell you not to disenchant cards, which begs the question, then when?

Now that you can't open copies of legendaries you already own I think it's terrible advice to dust crap legendaries, especially with classic&basic now that blizzard is buffing cards and rotating more proactively.
