Broken in both classes. Not sure either class needed a cheaper way to use their hero power...yet here we are.

Am I overreacting when I say this is a busted card? How do they give the one hero who already has a the cheapest hero power at 1 mana the option to play it for free? It even comes on a minion with a decent stat line. I hate it already.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
This will get nerfed because of DH.
I had to pop over here quick to see if I was the only one whose eyes popped at this. I'm not. This is great for both classes.

Will that make a wild OTK at 10 mana with Zephris + that 6 mana mage dragon ?
Its an effect that only happens when its in play. In other words, remove this and its back to normal.
So judged on curve, its a 2/3 on 2 that allows dhunter to ping for 1. On 3, its a 2/3 deal 2 damage to face for hunter. Is it good? I dont think so. Unless there's something that can cheapen it, or allow for some swing turns with inspire-like effects, I just dont see it.
Ultimately it only has 3 health, and unless its face hunter rarely allows for a snowball effect. At very best kept alive its Satyr Overseer on 3 with a free 2/2. Umberwing sets up better than that.
I don’t see this in DH either, the tempo gain seems to little. Compared to the 1 mana 2/2, this card is just slow.
In hunter though.. Phasestalker alone has justified the inclusion of tour guide - in highlander hunter!
Now you can double up on that. You either play Tour guide into Phasestalker on two or Deadeye into Phasestalker on 3.
Granted, the effect doesn't carry over and that’s a very big deal. A 2/3 on turn 2 has still a high chance to stick though when you’re going first)

Its best chance is in hunter, because Phase Stalker still exists, as you say.
In dhunters? Well, aggro dhunter can still use this card. But it won't be as amazing as many would like to think.
No, Zephrys only grants cards from the Basic and Classic sets.

OH WOW, this card is NUTS. It has premium 2 drop stats, and an amazing effect on top of that. A discounted heropower can also be pretty devastating, for example: Hunters can now turn 3 HP + Phase Stalker if you don't clear the turn 2 Felfire Deadeye. In DH it makes the heropower FREE. This is absolutely NUTS, and so strong. DH can now Turn 1 Battlefiend into turn 2 Felfire Deadeye and if it sticks turn 3 Satyr Overseer and get that 2/2 minion. That's some insane synergy and tempo.
Standard: Aggro DH, FACE Hunter and probably Highlander Hunter will include this card.
Wild:
Hunter: Okay so here is where it gets even more insane. Because it's EVEN cost, it fits in EVEN-Hunter. And EVEN-Hunter now ALSO has a FREE herepower as long as Felfire Deadeye is up. Which is insane alongside some core EVEN-hunter cards like Garrison Commander and Dragonbane.
DH: Dunno if it sees play, probably in the same Aggro DH deck as standard. EVEN-costed so ODD-DH can LUCKELY not use it.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Yes, this is a very powerful effect for both classes. BUT it's a 3 health body, so easily killed. I'm not too worried.

I don't know if it is as broken as people think it will be? It's either 2 mana 2-3 gain +1 attack or 3 mana 2-3 deal 2 damage to the enemy hero. I might be undervaluing hero power synergy but I don't think it will be busted. Strong, not busted though.

I want to say that it has Nerf written all over it, but because it's potential is kinda limited to the time that it is in play makes it less of a threat. My question would be with deck mechanics with Genn Greymane and Garrison Commander. Not so much for DH, but Hunter would be able to throw 4 damage for "free" essentially per turn that this and Garrison Commander are on the board. maybe I'm looking for too much with this though.
