It's even funnier since it still has the same voice lines.
Makes it seem like a regular guy is just screaming a bunch of bargled nonsense.
Blizzard has posted that they are aware of the issue, and will revert the art in an upcoming patch.
A few years ago, hearthpwn posted an article on assets which are permanently "hidden" in the client - back then, there were a bunch of place-holder cards and phantom art pieces in the game. My guess is that Town Cryer had its art changed at some point, and the old iteration was never removed from the game - something in today's patch caused the old art to pop back on the card. It's kind of ugly - maybe that's why they changed it?
I'd guess it was originally a shifting worgen card that would swap art every turn, but they changed it later on. The unshifted art must have still been attached to the card somehow and a flag got flipped.
No need to guess it, they confirmed that the art was supposed to be part of the book of heroes

For anyone wondering.
Maybe the problem is that we're looking at the card in the morning, and not at night as intended. Either that or he just had a massive shave experience.
