Well 2 more hp is ok but the main selling point of the card, the AOE is just not good enough in today metas. It need to deal 3 damage otherwise this card is just a little better War Golem
Primordial Drake has proven the AOE is good enough
Are we talking about his AoE, or the fact that Primordial Drake has Taunt? Every minion with Taunt is considerably better.
still, every buff with the old cards is appreciated, since it might see some play rather than being a filler.
Primordial Drake sees play because he has taunt.
Could see play if tons of tokens decks swarms the meta.
"The AOE is good enough"
The AoE.
Detracts from the point that a 2 damage AoE is not good enough for a 7 mana minion.
Primordial Drake saw play because the mana premium it adds an additional board clear.
Bog Creeper, Saronite Chain Gang, & The Lich King saw play for being taunts.
Too bad I don't think this will see play anyway haha, still, was always a fan of the card.

Great buff for Elemental Mage in Wild, and it makes Baron Geddon a lot stickier. I always had a soft spot for Baron Geddon, and i'm happy to see he is a bit better. If a class REALLY needs an AoE they can use Baron Geddon as their board clear.
