The interaction was so ubiquitous that the one of the cards (not the answer) was nerfed.

Hmm, all the cards (target, interaction initiating, and answer) have two word names.

The only card I can think of that reliably generates cards of another class is Zephrys and I think you said it isn't a neutral. This has gotten pretty convoluted. Maybe write a follow up riddle for it?
