  • I had a feeling something similar would be implemented. Kinda disappointed, that I won't be able to include it in my control warlock deck. Taunts are way too valueable to be sacrificed against aggro.

[edit] Let's hope we see a card, that rewards the player greately for sacrificing their own board.

  • Mecha'thun enabler!

    Edit:
I know we can do it with Grim Rally already, but this is better card overall and doesn't require the board to be empty.

We already had Grim Rally for that. Granted, the plague spell can be used defensively, but still, it was an enabler.

Grim Rally doesn't destroy your other minions.

True, I forgot about this aspect. I was just thinking how it's really hard to reach the endgame as a warlock and to dump your hand. I have seen some builds, where GR was used, and the issue there was just getting rid of your hand. But I admit, that I forgot that Plague of Flames allows for different lists to be built, where you don't mind having a board prior to summoning the 10-drop.

  • With Rafaam's Scheme it's Twisting Nether for 4.

    • Quote From Hellmorgar

It might be similar to Wild Pyromancer and pre-nerfed Equality, but it's worse in many scenarios. For starters, you have to draw the scheme and wait, until it becomes big enough to match the opponent's board size. The paladin combo allowed you to answer the opponent's aggression early on, while this isn't reliable.

  • Rafaam's Scheme aproves. :D

  • Some warlocks just want to watch the board burn...

  • will see play. Good with reborn, token generation and deathrattle. Zoo has also an answer to Khadgar now. So including one seems intresting.

  • Pretty good. Maybe even very good.

[Hearthstone Card (Rafaam's Scheme) Not Found] might see some play finally.

  • Does...does this make Hir'eek, the Bat somewhat useful? :P

no, at that point it is a 9 mana 2 card twisting nether, that bat is horrible

      Friendly

I was kidding, lol. No arguments there :

  • Mad Summoner

INSANE VALUE! Fill both sides of the board then kill everything for 2 cards and 7 mana, rank 1 legend here I come!

Oh my! This play... it will drop from the clouds for our opponents. They would be so shocked at what's happening, that they would concede to our superiority.

  • Very cool card. The mana cost on this thing is amazing.

  • This is a nuts board clear. I think we will see this a lot in zoo-type decks tbh.

  • Noone mentioned High Inquisitor Whitemane so far.

8 Mana, 2 cards: Twisting Nether on your opponent's side + trigger all your deathrattle/reborn minions.

Actually an interesting card in control/combo, when you're somewhat even on board.

(Same effect with Kel'Thuzad, although a turn later)

EDIT: Also Mad Summoner + this is a 2 card, 7 mana full boardclear (bar deathrattles); interacting with Jumbo Imp
