The Only Constructed Deck Worth Playing:

I hate playing against q mage. It punishes board centric decks - decks that I like to play.
Honestly, I rather lose to face hunter or taunt druid.
It may not be a top tier deck but it's playrate is insane.
I'm very happy that its nerfed (hopefully gone).
It's not like much has changed on paper. It still shreds slower decks (at best you get one more turn before you're out of health). I'm pretty sure the main idea behind the nerf was to actively dissuade people from playing it because it has an inflated playrate. People tend to just drop certain decks after a nerf, even if they're still fine (Look at Questlock. The deck's still great, but you'll barely see it on ladder because most people just kind of forgot about it or something).
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
It might be more a case of hey, there is a nerf, i can dust this card "for free" ... but then you dont have the card, so you cant play the deck, even tho it might still be good and you dont feel like crafting it again is worth your dust.

Hopefully this nerf exterminates it from ladder, even though the nerf isn't that damaging (+2 damage aura effect the whole game is still ridiculous). The card draw and the archetype it's played in (Spell Mage, which discourages board play) are what really make Questline Mage so unfun to play against, and what causes it to lock out control or any slow archetypes.
That said, this nerf might dissuade people from playing this abomination on ladder. Go dust your copies, please!
I dunno ... I very often feel like I just needed one more turn to beat the Mage, and this should turn the tables in those cases.
