  • Boy this really demonstrates just how OP Apotheosis used to be (and technically still is). I guess Samuro gets a new gimmick in Paladin although I'm uncertain whether this is good enough outside of specific combos.

      This wouldn't work with Sammy boy.  Divine shield would prevent his frenzy effect from proccing

        Oh wow I completely blanked on that. What the hell is this for then? Paladin doesn't even need that kind of healing.

  • That's a lot of stuff for 3 mana, this can be a huge tempo swing especially on any big minion. Definitely won't overlook this.

  • "Hold the Bridge, Push the ridge" dang now i got the expansion reveal song stuck in my head again. which isn't that bad of a thing lol.

    This seems like a good control tool for paladin, it can keep your minions alive, give them livesteal for 1 turn, AND trigger a handbuff if you have Prismatic Jewel Kit equiped. Seems solid.

  • Good for buff decks but not Prelate.

  • Sorta reminds me of Seal of Champions, but with adjusted stats and Lifesteal, for some reason.

  • Its a good card out of a discover, because its being overshadowed by nearly any and all buffs currently in standard. Even Noble Mount is better than this thing.

    Maybe in some crazed word we get Wild Pyromancer back and this card instantly becomes a shoe-in. Until then, its just a decent card destined to never see inclusion in ranked.

  • This + Saidan the Scarlet will be bonkers and probably a reno heal if you went greedy on all the hand buffs. Considering all the big minions paladin got this expansion, it's a good thing the lifesteal lasts 1 turn

  • I guess permanent lifesteal would be too OP. Might be okay on a beefy minion for a little burst healing.

  • This really makes any minion a meaningful threat and a great tool for healing. Fits into a lot of different archetypes, so it seems like a great design.

  • So many good things about this in Paladin right now. Blademaster Samuro will feel the impact again

  • It's funny how they learned their lesson about leaving lifesteal on something for more than a turn with that kind of buffing potential. Great card though!

  • Very good standalone card, even played on a mediocre minion it grants it's survivality and lifestealing.

  • I think this will become a commonly used card. It can help enable the heal requirement for Protect the Innocent and just overall give some good protection anytime a minion is on board.

  • An OK buff spell, a bit too expensive but it might see play. More likely that it's good for Arena and not for Standard.

    • Problem: Divine Shield will prevent Samuro's Frenzy from being proc'd.
      I still think this will be a very strong card, especially with how abundant Rush keyword is, just not quite with that specific Rush minion. 

  • The Lifesteal not being permanent is sad but understandable, because you'd pretty much be guaranteed two heals from it otherwise. If not, you'd have them wasting a removal spell on it, which is probably even better.

  • Good card, would be broken if the lifesteal ability was permanent though.

  • An all around awesome buff, with stats, immunity and lifesteal all in one. Sure to see play.
