Archmage Vargoth and Open the Waygate

Hi
I've been playing some wild lately and two times I played against a mage doing the quest and having Archmage Vargoth.
I looks to me like Archmage Vargoth also cast Time Warp and my opponent gets two extra turns. Is this right and if so has Blizzard commented on it?

It is right, and it is no bug: Vargoth casts when your turn is over, so with Time Warp, he actually prepares an additional turn when your turn counter is already past the 1st turn, already on the 2nd one - hence making for 3 consequent turns total.
Yep, not a bug, definitely working as intended.
Just gotta kill them as fast as possible...
