Daily Quest Bug?

Hey guys,

I haven´t seen a thread about this yet, so I wonder, if anyone else has this issue. Three days ago I had 3 daily quests, completed one to get the legendary quest for 3 packs, which I´ve completed as well at the same day. So I was left with two quests in my log. Yesterday I logged in, but no new quest popped in, I had the same two quests like the day before. I tried to log in and out during the day, but no new quest appeared. And today the same - still the same two quests I had before.

Anyone else is having this problem? Should I contact someone or just wait? I hate to lose 2 quests for nothing :(

Didn't have any problem the past days, but today the daily quest hasn't shown up yet. Still, when something like that happened in the past, they managed to fix it properly without quest loss. So I wouldn't be too worried 

Got mine some minutes ago (about 50) whej I logged in like always. Might be a not so generalised bug

Yeah, I´ve asked a few friends, and some did get their quests, and some didn´t like me. Weird..

Did you try to reroll one of your quests? Sometimes it bugs out and when you reroll a quest it fixes the problem. Otherwise i suppose contact Blizzard support and report the issue.

There are multiple bug reports on this issue on official forum. With zero feedback so far (

It seems that leaving 2 empty quest slots is sort of workaround. 

Is there supposed to be a legendary quest today?

Thank you ripcord, I saw the posts,  it seems it really affected those people, who kept two quests. Those who had none or one quest, did get a new one.  There´s a reply on reddit from Blizz support:

we will probably get some free packs when they fix the bug, I wouldn't worry about losing resources.

I have the same problem.  

Having exactly the same problem. 

Had 2 quests, logged in a few minutes ago (some minutes after 12 am) and didn't get a new one.

EU server.

Had 2 quests in the account on 08.08. and didn't play at all. Logged in shortly after midnight around 00:15 on 09.08. and got my third quest. Now I log in again and my third quest is gone.

Got a similar problem for the past three days. Had three quests at the end of the day... And in the morning only two left. Next morning only one left...

Okay guys, I´ve tried to clear all my daily quests yesterday as some  people suggested, and today I got my daily quest as usual. It seems that the game now recognizes the second quest slot as the third, so whoever has two quest slots occupied, they won´t get new one, as they wouldn´t if they had three already.

By now it seems like the temporary workaround until they fix the problem. I think it´s worth trying so you won´t miss another quests. Let me know if it worked for you, so we can confirm this idea. Thanks all.

Had the same problem .. this workaround did the trick

I had some time on my hands, so I was like

“I am reaching out to you, since the launch of the new expansion, everyday I have been missing my daily quests. I am very excited about experiencing the new expansion and completing my daily quests. It is a shame for me not to be excited to log in like I use too. I hope you guys would be able to take care of me,( packs/gold) for I have been a loyal customer for awhile and I would hate to have to think twice about your support. Thank you.”

They were like

“Greetings! Thank you for reaching out to us about the missing quest in Hearthstone. Our Developers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix that will let quests begin populating normally again. Customer Support is unable to modify the quest log or take any action related to the missing quest. At this time we do not have an ETA, but we appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your time.”

But I’m like “ stop playing wit me”

Anyway things happen so I just hope they hook it up ya know what I mean? 

Same for me. Had two slots full and didn´t get a new one. Then I was doing all my quests and got a new one yesterday and also a second one today. So I give you advice to don´t let more than one slot for next day. Better do everyday all your quests. Hope they will fix it soon.
