Out of Games Known Issues

This thread will keep track of Known Issues on Out of Games and we'll update is as issues are resolved. After a short period of time, we'll remove fixed issues from this list.
When issues are fixed, they will be posted as Patch Notes on the Feedback Realm.
You are welcome to post new issues in this thread, however, it can be more beneficial to create a dedicated thread in the Feedback Realm instead to allow for higher visibility.
Current Known Issues
Achievements
- Achievements are not firing for activities.
- There are new "completed x activities" achievements that aren't firing and have been removed temporarily.
- If you complete any activities while these aren't working, you will not have credit for their completion afterward.
Editor
- The code box no longer has syntax coloring.
Search
- Realm threads are unable to be located.
Recently Fixed Issues
This list does not include issues that were not previously on the known issues list.
Discord
- Notifications are not going out for news.
Editor
- Card game related site bbcode buttons are missing.
- You cannot quote other users.

I've already made a thread about this, but here goes:
- go to the Community tab on the main page, then click on any page number down below (e.g. 4)
Expected: the realms/threads of that page number are loaded and visible directly.
Actual result: we are back on the main page of the site, with the News tab active. Switching the Community one does indeed show the correct threads from the initially selected page number.
Do we have an ETA on the Editor issues? Also missing the spell check a bit 😅 a bit OCD on typos

As I can now demonstrate, the editor is back online! More or less. Spellcheck too.
If you want to use code like "card" and "deck" and whatnot, they're found on the far right, under the "Database" drop-down menu!

It's time to write a few guides again. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the database code to display signature cards? I've tried [Hearthstone Card (signaturecardimg) Not Found] and [Hearthstone Card (sigcardimg) Not Found] without any luck.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

With the database still being updated, I can't guarantee literally every signature card variant is available at this time, but they should be eventually!

That is a strange one! I've got a new version of account management almost finished so we'll roll out a fix by rolling out the new account management feature.

I have not been on the site for a few years. And when I return to the site all of my old posts are gone. The thread itself still exists but all the content and comments inside it are gone, or at least unavailable for viewing from mobile and PC. I checked out the other fan creators and it seems like it affect all of the posts from before the update. Is there anyway for you guys to restore it? If not I would appreciate at least an acknowledgement.
Speaking of known issues, any news on the one I reported above, 5 months ago?
Hi there. From what I remember of the situation, the "lost" posts stem from when we merged the original Out of Cards project with Out of Games, in an attempt to become just one website. We were looking to change how we handle our Forums, comments, etc. - and still are - and an unfortunate side-effect is that the old Forums content from before the merge is gone. If I recall the conversation we had after first discovering this happened, it is not recoverable in any meaningful way :(
It's a disappointing + frustrating answer to provide, but, again, as far as I am aware, that is the answer we must give.
I can't speak to the circumstances as-to why you were ignored for so long (not for any conspiratorial reason; I just don't know), but I am sorry that it happened. It often comes from when the most active people on the site (like me) don't know the answer and have nothing to share beyond acknowledgement of one's post and a "we're sorry, that sucks, but can't help at this time." That being said, the acknowledgement is important because the alternative is ghosting you, which is not okay. Ghosting also leads to posts falling down the list of recency, and thus snowballs into "well that was months ago; what good is a reply now?", you know what I mean?
*shrugs* I am not a professional customer service agent - or really anything regarding website management; I am just a volunteer - but I do know that we as a collective could be doing better for our users.
As-to your original issue, we thought it was fixed, but if you're still experiencing problems then the solution is probably more complicated than we have time for at this moment. You're still getting to your destination (hopefully), so one could argue it's not a huge priority compared to the other fires that need putting out. Shitty answer, I know, but I am trying to be honest with you.
@linkblade: don't worry about it :) i know there are brighter fires that need the fire department's time.
I was rather looking for an acknowledgment (even 5 months ago) of whether i'm missing something or it's actually an issue that will be fixed some time in the future.
So, thanks for taking the time to respond! It's better even later than never, too. Now i know it'll end up on a bug/feature list somewhere :)
I always respond to people even after half a year, especially if I see that no one has helped them.
