What's everyone think so far of the free-to-play system!?

Title!! VERY curious! What did everyone get in their weekly vault? Also, what are your thoughts on NOT being able to buy what you want in the beginning to essentially make all possible deck combinations? I've seen a lot of people complaining that they can't build certain decks yet.
Here's a video I made with my thoughts for whoever is interested! =) 1st Weekly Vault!

I wrote in the Vault article this past Tuesday that I finished last week with a level 11 Vault which luckily upgraded to level 12 when I opened it and recieved Shen in it.
I will have a level 13 Vault in large part to Expeditions, which leads into my next point about not being able to have access to all the cards:
For anyone complaining I will say Git Gud at Expeditions.
In more seriousness, Expeditions give 2k xp every time you manage to get 7 wins. There are 2 trials for the cost of crafting 1 Champion which will add up the xp so a player can easily get over 2k xp each Expedition even without going 7 wins. Expeditions always reward a random Champion so don't use Shards to craft cards that you are missing.
Is this a actually a serious question? I loathe money-grabbing F2P models as much as the next guy, but giving every card away for free from the get-go sounds completely ridiculous. It would significantly reduce the incentive to keep playing for a large portion of the playerbase (myself included). Not to mention it'd make no sense from a business perspective. Riot is already being more than fair to us with Runeterra's progression system. I'm perfectly happy with what we got.
I don't remember exactly what was in my first vault (lvl 13) but I think I got mainly commons and rares, a good amount of shards (about 1500-1800 I think), a few common and/or rare wild cards and some epics, as well as the guaranteed expedition token. Because I have no idea what the average vault rewards for the max level vault are I can't say how lucky my rewards were. I would have liked to get a champion of course, but commons and rares are also very good to get right now since my collection is still small.
The only downside is deck boredom and not enough diversity. I'm sure this will correct itself over time, but I can't really make that many decks, and because resources are so rare, I'm a bit scared to craft stuff until I know what the meta looks like. So, I'm just an evil person playing spiders for now.
I'd love to try an Ashe deck, but that 5/3 body and the card draw replacement effect (rather than drawing a brand new card) is really poor and I'm scared to craft her, for example. It's just not worth the risk.
Heimer looks cool, but also easily countered due his poor body and how expensive the card is. The deck also has to draw it. The deck is also fairly expensive on the crafts.
So, spiders it is. I'm just saving most of my wild cards and shards.
I hope no one takes this the wrong way, but I'm wondering how much people are playing if their Vault is Level 11+ in one week? I feel penalized because I can't always play a lot on some days. I mean the game just came out and the decks I have vs. the decks I play against are not even close (in terms of card quality and quantity); and I imagine this will just get more lopsided as the weeks go on.
I think I reached Level 5 (or 6?) in the first week. Right now I'm at Level 6 with 1300/2000 toward Level 7.
Anyway, so far I only purchased the Starter Pack for $4.99. I'll keep trying the (mostly) F2P on my account and see how it goes.
Last tuesday I got a level 10 vault in one day. I played about 4/5 expeditions and got a ton of experience.
You can play as many expeditions as you want and the experience rewards never diminishes. After 3 runs you stop earning any rewards except for experience, but there is also no entrance fee.
If you want to earn a lot of rewards than expeditions seems to be the best way to gain them.
