Well, he/she hasn't even received a book of Mercenaries chapter yet
general lack of contribution to the overall story.
That does not mean that he/she won't be important for the end. We know for example already that he/she spied out Kazakus and claims to know the true potential of the Naaru shards. There is certainly room for Varden to play a big role in the finale.
In fairness, we already saw them being happy to help Scabbs escape the Stockades and subsequently get the still-living Horde crew to help in the Deadmines. It sounds like they are just going to be continuing that role to get presumably Rokara and Tavish to look past their clans' fight for AV to deal with Onyxia and Kazakus. It even makes some sense that a blood elf mage would take that role, what with the blood elves previously being high elves and part of the Alliance of Lordaeron, and Dalaran being neutral, so I doubt Dawngrasp was ever invested in the whole Horde vs Alliance thing anyway.
None of that makes Dawngrasp "the most bestest and important character evarrrrr UWU"; it just makes them rational. Besides, the flavour text says "for one who", not "for THE one who", so it is quite likely Dawngrasp won't be alone in taking that stance. Given his own chapter, Scabbs is probably focused on Onyxia/the naaru shards rather than the faction war too, even if he's less naturally inclined to.
You’re finally awake! That fall looked really bad. Demon Hunters? Mercenaries? What are you talking about? Come on, I just unpacked a Golden Moorabi, let’s go build a Freeze Shaman deck.
Pretty interesting deathrattle legendary that will see some experimentation. It's quite the funny that this card will be good if the honorable kill mechanic is bad and vice versa. It's not that threatening though being a 3/5, so probably won't be too annoying
This + Saidan the Scarlet will be bonkers and probably a reno heal if you went greedy on all the hand buffs. Considering all the big minions paladin got this expansion, it's a good thing the lifesteal lasts 1 turn
Magister is a humble title for one who united warring armies against the greatest threat to Azeroth.
Please tell me they're not gonna make Dawngrasp "the most bestest and important character evarrrrr UWU" after 6 books of barely any characterization and general lack of contribution to the overall story.
So this minion basically pays for itself, if you draw the 3 cost spell, you're technically getting a zero cost 3/1 + specific spell tutor. You can also build your deck to have a certain number of spells, or maybe some crazy combo OTK deck will arise that we haven't thought about yet.
I've been fairly busy with stuff, so I haven't had that much time to do anything here. Least I can do is give you guys my thoughts on your stuff. I will likely be trying to find a new card design altogether if I can.
Wailor
Well I can see you've already submitted. Your card is pretty good though, so I can see it doing pretty well.
AeroJulwin
Inspiring Ballad is fine. I definitely prefer Pied Piper.
Linkblade91
Pretty good new rendition of ETC. Nightfall feels significantly worse than the other two, though I guess that's just sort of on flavor with the original ETC with how Power of the Horde was by far the worst of the original Power Chords.
Anchorm4n
I love myself a good Metallica pun and I think you've good yourself a good card right here.
Nirast
A fun idea, but there's absolutely a way to break this. I'm not sure what that way is yet, but someone is going to find one. The artwork is not too great either unfortunately.
Contrary to what other people are saying, the card doesn't need to specifically exclude itself since Discover cards can no longer Discover themselves anyway.
Arkasaur
An'she Mythsinger is a fun idea, but it definitely can get abused quickly. Reverberating Hymn is balanced, but these types of basic designs don't usually do so well unless there's some type of specific aspect to them.
Fedrion
A fine idea on paper, but I do agree that spending 5 mana on one spell that doesn't do anything (unless you control multiple Secrets) does not seem like the way to go for Hunter. You might be able to get away with doing that in a class like Priest or Warrior, but definitely not Hunter.
It is also a little bit weird to be a Scholomance card given that Scholomance didn't contain any Secrets or synergy cards for them in Hunter.
Can you stop with making the same incessant post please? 1) This isn't the place to complain about that. You think blizzard devs look at the OOC card reveals for feedback? 2) It doesn't really contribute to anything. 3) Copy/pasting the same comment to 3 threads is just spamming.
It had to be said ; get creative! “True strength comes from within your deck” is a whole lot less inspiring.
Wow, very flavour for the expansion making use of new mechanic. It's a nuisance if you can't kill it definitively, maybe spending resources in an unoptimal way to get rid of it
Pretty much meh. Best thing about this is probably frenzy triggering or Armorsmith.
Somehow I feel that team5 is going to build around this in later expansions. Because for now its practically useless except as a clear option your opponent can see a mile away. It is 2 mana, and 2 mana for a whirlwind effect every turn for 3 turns? Still decent I suppose, even if its not realistically going to accomplish much.
Think you may have the right insight on this one - a build around in an expansion or two from now - as the use for now is quite limited and predictable. And if it is meant to trigger enraged minions, or destroy divine shield boards, we would need those enraged and divine shield minions to be represented in the first place. Soon ?
I mean, it curves well into Battleworn Vanguard. Also can get some fact chip damage, but usually DH wants to attack face, not minions. This does allow you to do fact at the same time.
I think this is a super good card, not just for Token, but it could be run in other decks as well, maybe even to starve off early aggression in Big DH. I like it alot, and if it sticks, can be super annoying.
New Warrior Minion - Axe Berserker
It has vanilla stats, if you can't activate the honor kill it doesn't do anything. Not very useful imho

Very good for the old quest warrior in wild, gives him an additional value now

This is incredibile.
New Warrior Spell - Shield Shatter
A very strong combo with Frozen Buckler, maybe 2 card combo doesn't seem very attractive but it's only 2 mana.
5 aoe for 2 mana y just crazy
New Neutral Minion - Korrak the Bloodrager
Pretty interesting deathrattle legendary that will see some experimentation. It's quite the funny that this card will be good if the honorable kill mechanic is bad and vice versa. It's not that threatening though being a 3/5, so probably won't be too annoying

“True strength comes from within your deck” is a whole lot less inspiring.
New Paladin Spell - Hold the Bridge
I was expecting no less from the flavor text :

New Neutral Minion - Korrak the Bloodrager
Wow, very flavour for the expansion making use of new mechanic. It's a nuisance if you can't kill it definitively, maybe spending resources in an unoptimal way to get rid of it
New Paladin Spell - Protect the Innocent
With a lifesteal minion already on board, or with a cheap healing spell, this can be pretty naughty
New Paladin Weapon - Cavalry Horn
The clarion call of the Alliance skipping every objective and going straight to Drek’thar.
New Paladin Spell - Vitality Surge
Healing 25 at once!

New Priest Spell - Stormpike Aid Station
If Priest gets a minion-heavy tempo deck, this could maybe see some play;
Decent effect, but requires a board already to make work
New Warrior Spell - Iceblood Garrison
Think you may have the right insight on this one - a build around in an expansion or two from now - as the use for now is quite limited and predictable. And if it is meant to trigger enraged minions, or destroy divine shield boards, we would need those enraged and divine shield minions to be represented in the first place. Soon ?
New Warrior Minion - Axe Berserker
All the body spray went to her head.
New Warrior Minion - Glory Chaser
This - in the Un'Goro era - would have made me cry.
In 2021, support for Fire Plume is leaving me with a "Mhe" impression
New Demon Hunter Weapon - Dreadprison Glaive
I mean, it curves well into Battleworn Vanguard. Also can get some fact chip damage, but usually DH wants to attack face, not minions. This does allow you to do fact at the same time.
Fractured in Alterac Valley
Borderline acceptable fluff level in the neutral package, otherwise most classes got a decent boost to their deck diversities. But that's just me.
New Warlock Spell - Full-Blown Evil
"Repeatable this turn" ?!
Single use echo ?
Why do they make keywords again...
New Demon Hunter Minion - Battleworn Vanguard
I think this is a super good card, not just for Token, but it could be run in other decks as well, maybe even to starve off early aggression in Big DH. I like it alot, and if it sticks, can be super annoying.
