REALLY good deathrattle support. Maybe this can make the memey SCREAM rogue work thanks to Forsaken Lieutenant and Snowfall Graveyard. (Scream, because of Infiltrator Lilian lol) Either way i'm happy to see some deathrattle rogue support again, lets hope it works out this time.
OH in in wild i think some deathrattle rogue deck will slot this in.
Hmm this is a interesting card. Shadow spell so might see play in shadow priest, and Shadow Word: Devour can counter 1 health minions by training their 1 hp. This looks more like a control card, maybe in some kind of Sethekk Veilweaver value package? This doesn't really see play but perhaps the new priest card that haven't been revealed yet might change that? Maybe were getting a Inner Fire priest kinda deck? (I hope not) Worst case scenario some Inner Fire priest will use this in wild alongside Inner Fire and Stonetusk Boar, and wild is full of board swarmy decks, so it wont be hard to use Shadow Word: Devour.
Either way it looks bad now, but as this is the only priest card revealed at the time of writing this, i bet we will see more support for it.
VERY good aggro DH card. Dreadprison Glaive lets you trade AND go face, and if you hero power it alreay reaches 2 health which is a good attack value for proccing the honorable kill. Not only that but if something has 1 health, you just dont hero power. Worst case scenario it has 1 more durability than Trueaim Crescent, which might make Dreadprison Glaive even better in aggro DH. That one extra swing can go a long way.
However i feel like WILD is where it will shine most. After all Dreadprison Glaive will surely fit into ODD DH, making it a 3 attack weapon allowing it to trade into 3 health minions and proc the honorable kill as early as on turn 2, or turn 1 with coin.
Very solid token DH card, will see play even if its just in a normal aggro DH deck. We know from Flesh Giant and pretty much every giant will see play.
Not terrible as an anti aggro tool, but I think Heavy Plate is better in general. Generally it's better to just clear the board instead of undoing damage.
I think this might genuinely make the cut in some lists. It's a great way to build tempo by slowing down your opponent. The randomness doesn't even matter because in any case you're preventing something from attacking.
Not sold on it at all. 8-mana is really slow for an immediate effect that's barely worth half that. I estimate that you'd need at least 3 turns afterwards for the effect to pay for itself which i don't see happening with all the other much better lategame strategies currently available (and this isn't the fault of the Quests either, I doubt this would have been playable during Frozen Throne days)
I feel like you're overestimating this card heavily. It's 8-mana do nothing, which means you need to be ahead to play it. Then it only pays off once per turn meaning your next turn will still be weak. In order for this to really shine it would have to be a very grindy matchup where you win by value instead of win conditions, and that's not really a thing right now. Hell, I doubt this would have beaten Barrens Control Priest.
Just stick to the Quest, it's much better overall.
EDIT: alright so I only now realized that your first hero power activates immediately, which makes it slightly better but still not good enough in my opinion. You still need to be winning because a Consecration or Feral Spirits won't save you at 8-mana if you're behind.
Seems likely Tamsin will still be working for Prestor once she resurrects. I'm amazed that you can tell that's Tamsin though - just looks like a pile of snow to me!
This particular card has nothing to do with "support for decks that don't exist yet" though...just because it's frost doesn't mean it can't be used "normally". This is purely a control/stall card. 10 armor now, 5 armor next turn. If used on a board where you are guaranteed to take 10+ damage, you are gaining way more "effective" life than any card out there with armor gain. If used on a board where you are going to take 5 damage exactly it's a wash (and slightly weak there). If used proactively on an empty board or situation where you won't be taking ANY damage, it's 2 mana, gain 5 armor: which is exactly what you would expect from it, considering that shield black is 3 mana, gain 5 armor and draw a card.
First off, I'm assuming you meant to link the Ethereal Augmerchant and not the Guardian Augmerchant.
Secondly, spell damage doesn't proc battlecry effects. (This was already attempted if you were around for Kalimos, Primal Lord) who has a very similar battlecry effect(s) to Brukans. Battlecry effects are (usually) not affected by spell damage.
I've never really been able to wrap my head around why Vanish is so great, since it also returns your stuff to your hand. The hero power is near broken, so there's that anyway.
New Neutral Minion - Popsicooler
Seems like a filler card. If it was a battlecry though, then it would have been nearly a must include. It was SO close to greatness.
New Rogue Minion - Forsaken Lieutenant

Oh god, it’s so ugly!
New Demon Hunter Minion - Ur'zul Giant
Very solid token DH card, will see play even if its just in a normal aggro DH deck. We know from Flesh Giant and pretty much every giant will see play.
New Demon Hunter Minion - Ur'zul Giant
Pretty solid Token support but I still don't believe in that deck. Gonna have to see what the DH Hero card is all about.
New Warrior Spell - Frozen Buckler
Not terrible as an anti aggro tool, but I think Heavy Plate is better in general. Generally it's better to just clear the board instead of undoing damage.

Pretty sweet actually. Good stalling tool for control. You just drop it for tempo and if your opponent plays minions they need to deal with it somehow

Yes it does. Unless the description reads 'while in your hand' its going to track even if you discover this card out of thin air
Fractured in Alterac Valley
can't wait for release! so many good cards are coming!
Favorite Merc
I have not played the adventure, but I would personally say Rokara because setting out to become a warrior and then becoming a pirate is cool.

No, it is 6 face damage from Brukan, 6x6 face damage from Bolner (copying the Brukan battlecry for each minion) +2 damage from two Elven archers
New Demon Hunter Minion - Ur'zul Giant
...This tracks while it's still in your deck right?

Hearthstone Hotfixes for November 19 - Mercenaries Limited to 25 Turns, Aranna Battlegrounds Armor Fix, Rush Minions No Longer Break Rules
It's more pertinent to using Cookie to complete tasks. You often need 50+ turns there, to spam the fish and kill them.
Frozen Buckler is a New Warrior Hearthstone Card Revealed by Blisterguy for Fractured in Alterac Valley
Great assessment. My thoughts exactly. It's more nuanced than just simply a powercrept armor card. It reminds me of "Mountainfire Armor" in some ways.

Agreed. This is a day 1 golden craft IMO. Especially cause shaman has always been one of my top played classes.
