Do you want to, though? From what I've seen so far 1/1/1 might be a risky strategy, because while you're covering every Role you're also exposing yourself to double-damage in at least some capacity. You also spread out your damage such-that you can't burst down a major threat/boss with your superior color. There should be an Arcane Protector for when you want to do 2/1 comps in blue+red or red+green, but I don't know yet if fielding a "balanced" team is a good idea.

This is basically me, but swap Duels for Battlegrounds. I'm holding out for Mercenaries to reinvigorate me, 'cause in general my enjoyment of the Hearthstone "platform" has been on the decline over time. I'm right on the verge of quitting traditional-Hearthstone for Mercs: just have to see how I like the new game.
I wouldn't blame any particular meta-event or what-have-you for my woes - I don't care about the meta - but I imagine it's just a general PvP-fatigue, heightened by my depression.

Or anyone curious how very different HS competitions could be when sufficiently removed from these modern power creep metagames.
Just yesterday I´ve hit lvl 120. Did a bit of grinding at Classic ladder, since I don´t have any doable XP achievements left to do in Duels (still stuck at 90% done). Hovering around 8 Plat, which is my highest yet in that mode, not bothering with other ladders atm. I´m around 5300 gold, so I´m more than ready for the mini set. I wonder how far will I get this RT, the grind is a bit easier after lvl 100, but still feels slow. Weird thing that I didn´t get the friend quest for like 5 months now, on my other account it´s like 2 months since my last one.. Anyone else has this feeling? Not tinfoil-hat-ing here, just curious. GL HF! ♡
Same here, although I am not so sure it is due to current meta. I think the previous meta stuck around too long and has drained my overall enjoyment of playing Hearthstone. Do not get me wrong, the meta has improved quite a lot with the latest patch, control decks have returned and games last longer.
Winning games also feel less enjoyable than before which sounds strange.

No, the movies (Both of them.. and the second worse...) differ a lot, and I really mean a LOT of the books, the books are better connected and have more coherence. The movie tries to summarize 3 different stories and mixes the plot on which it should be based a lot... a shame, because I personally really liked both of them.

It's a very interesting book that I loved as a kid (which is tough for me because I tend to not like very many books). Even though it's often classified as a "children's book", it's arguably just as relevant and thought-provoking to read as an adult.
This is the composition that might take an edge on the combo and burst damage lineup.

for starters I choose : Guff/Thrall/Bru’kan
Thrall is your carry here and Guff tanks for him while Bru’kan disrupt. This team is very sensitive to fighters but again I don’t think will see many starters including more than one fighter.
On the bench we have malfurion, Brightwing for nature combos and kingKrush as a finisher
Samuro or illidan could work as well but KingKrush seems superior andTirion would be my second pick .

the starters are Millhouse/Tyrande/Cairne
thé goal is to reduce the cost of Millhouse seconde ability and let it cast twice with Tyrande help. Cairne is here for Cooldown and survival. This will kill protectors and probably casters too
on the bench we have Diablo for apocalypse, Lich king to tank and blink fox for the arcane damage but also CD and ability thieving.
the combo Tyrande/Millhouse will see a lot of play the first month because they are starting characters and very obvious burst.
tell me what you think of this line up. If you have better synergies, feel free to share.

The goal is to nuke the enemy fighters like Tyrande/diablo(combo break) Samuro, Rokara, and illidan. No mention this will destroy Thrall comp’ as he will die turn 2.
For this we start with Antonidas/Geddon/diablo and we go turn two for AoE flame strike boosted by Diablo. With this set up their protector(s) will die and the character of your choice preferably a fighter who deal double damage to your casters. The casting time reduction of Geddon is the key. Otherwise either antonidas or Diablo will die first.
On the bench we have Cairne for CD and taunt Ragnaros for the equipment giving 20Pvp if it works on all party. And alextrasza who can be replace by any high speed and damage output fighter as you team burst mainly protectors.
This team might struggle against nature builds, super healing builds and fighters builds very unlikely.
Let me know what you think, if you have a better combo to pull of.
Gonna recommend The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson of course. The books all start off really slowly but have great pay offs at the end

I’m just not having fun playing standard at the moment. The game is just an aggro fest and every deck’s only goal is face.
