I don't think we've seen Tyler on screen at all this season. It could just be extremely bad luck, but at this point, I'm starting to think it could be something else.
Deck of Chaos was actually pretty cool during the Year of the Phoenix. I even went to the lengths of crafting Zzeraku the Warped for it. What really really hurts this deck is the loss of Plot Twist. Finding DoC isn't easy and sometimes you get stuck with all your high cost, low attack minions in hand. The card has great potential, it only needs a tutor or another draw engine like Plot Twist. Everything else is adjustable, especially as long as the Scholomance cards are around to autopilot your early game and allow you to play DoC without straight out losing the game.
Here's my list from before rotation for what it's worth.
Yes, I hate 'community puzzles', because they have to be obtuse enough that you never actually solve it, it's all designed to go to a small group of superfans and spreadsheets and then everyone else copies the solution. Inputting the moves that it took number crunchers three days to figure out is a super good and interesting engaging thing for me to do! Could I have solved it by myself? Maybe. But looking at these puzzle solutions, it would be an INSANE amount of legwork. Even AFTER solving the riddles and understanding the puzzle rules, the puzzles are awful because it immediately lapses into tedium. Just imagine mapping out the maze puzzle by yourself. The maze is gigantic for how slow and monotonous traversing it is, while you'd have to constantly take down notes. There's no actual problem-solving involved at this point, just clerical work that goes on forever. Why? Because it's a 'community puzzle'.
I like puzzles that you're actually expected to solve by yourself. Not this ARG-tier nonsense. Like I said, the caravan puzzle, once you figured out the 'rules' was actually simple enough that the solution-finding can be a single-person undertaking. I found the solution, and it was gratifying, because -I- did it. Not the community.
They are completely optional and the reward is cosmetic. You can't even see the cardback 60% of the time. These puzzles encouraged the community to work together towards a common goal and you find that so outrageous?

I was aware of that, but thanks. I'm not using that one as it always misclicked last time I tried, but it's worth it to give it another try. Maybe an update has fixed the issue by now.
I just used secret passage after evocation and at the end of the turn 3 random spells from those generated by evocation were shuffled into the deck, while the rest of them stayed in my hand. Looked like a weird bug.
Honestly, nothing special from me. Just playing a pretty standard, optimized list of discard aggro. Running into tons of Nasus/Thresh and Azir/Irelia.
Stunningly enough, I somehow keep winning against Nasus/Thresh - which is theoretically supposed to be a really bad matchup, but I guess if I keep beating it, I'll just keep playing the Discard. Got me to Plat 1 so far.
YOOOOOOOOOOO ME AND MY HOMIE HAVE BEEN WORKING ON A GOOD STANDARD CUTELOCK LIST SINCE BARRENS DROPPED. glad to see we're not the only ones trying to keep zoolock alive
A little quick note because 50% of the entries so far use the Classic watermark, and that percentage was even bigger a few days ago.
Don't use it. Highlander deckbuilding is not a Classic mechanic. It did not exist until League of Explorers, so cards for this prompt should realistically not exist any earlier than that.
I like the "may attack again" version, but potentially being able to attack 8 times seems like too much. The "your spells cast twice version" is also nice, but not so original given that Electra Stormsurge exists.

I prefer Stringslayer Riffy, but The Kingslayers are also cool.
The thing I enjoy the most about them is that, yes, they allow you to run a dreaded 29-card deck, but since you have to go Highlander, you don't get the efficiency this kinds of decks usually allow you.
Between both versions, I'd say the one that costs 1 mana is the most balanced. If you go with that version, I think either 1/2 or 1/3 would be ideal.

I wouldn't say your card needs more Overload. If anything, it doesn't seem so much better than Gather Your Party, considering you need a Highlander deck to run it.

I see it as a potential winner. I don't think the opponent's turn thingy that link and anchor pointed out is too big of a deal, since already Discover can trigger during your opponent's turn (and it just picks a random card)

Poor Tyler just cant get a break. Is this going to be the 3rd time in a row we're going to see him in a relegation battle?

To say nothing of the bazaar puzzle.
