I get that its a slow legendary which effect isnt strong, but I absolutely love it
The watchposts and their mechanics bring me such an rpg/rts vibe, even more when you consider the caravan thing they also pushed.
Its a legendary I wouldnt mind getting.

There has to be something more to justify a Legendary this... average.
I get it, it supports one of the expansion's mechanics, but it doesn't seem to be a worthy payoff. Maybe there's a third Watch Post after Crossroads Watch Post and Mor'shan Watch Post, but it seems quite strange for Kargal Battlescar to be the only payoff.
Sure, the sheer amount of stats doesn't have to be taken lightly - even if you play just a couple Watch Posts, you'll be able to get a 7 mana 15/15, which isn't shabby at all, especially if the meta will slow down (as of right now, Aggro Rogue would probably kill you before you get to 7 mana).
In the end, it's totally better than what most people think about it, but there has to be a missing piece we're yet to find.
It's not even average. It's slightly below average.
You have to work pretty hard to get the full payoff, which turns out to be significantly worse than a corrupted clown. What a disappointment.
