thanks for your answer, and one last question (i being annoying i know XD) do you think enter the gungeon is too hard for someone like me that sucks in Shoot 'em ups( or bullet hells ) ? i always wanted to buy it but, i afraid i will not get very far with my shooting skills XD
Could this possibly indicate Quillboars becoming a minion type in constructed as well? They don't seem to be the most likely candidate to be added, and you'd think they would have rolled it out with Barrens if they were going to.
I must correct you.20 bucks is the price that costs20 packs and two Legendaries (like the bundle that was on sale until a couple of weeks ago).
There is not excuse: these purchasable decks are clearly overpriced, specially taking into account that most of them are not too competitive, thatalmost everyone at this stage already has most of the cards that compose them and that many of those cards cannot be disenchanted.
That sounds like a really cool theme, I would love to see the Grim Guzzler in the Battlegrounds! Tbh I'm waiting until the full Quillboar set is announced later today to see how far I need to redesign the kobolds tribe. Who knows? Maybe neither of us will have to change anything.
(apologies in advance posting here, but clearly Custom section and no thread available for Custom - Other. thank you for your understanding!)
I would like to recommend a new card game that plays very much like a RPG, and thus a good adaptation for Board Games.
Imagine all those RPG that you love; the excitement with real-time combat, and the strategic reward in making the right choice at the right time!
Of having the different classes and capitalising on their strengths in battle?
The anticipation of all happening simultaneously while you have nanoseconds to decide and make the next move…
But what if you had a card game that could emulate this unique experience?
“LoF: Card Tales” aims to do just that.
I am currently working on the game with very limited available publicly, but ready to demo the game if anyone would like to try. Please note I'm not looking to monetise this, just trying to bring a new Game to the fore!
Reach out on the threadOr message me directly with your interest and we can setup a Demo.
Here's how I genuinely see the game; happy to take critics once you try it out!
Card Structure link
Some of the issues addressed, making ‘LoF: Card Tales’ a unique TCG, are:
- No mana screw / mana flood
- Truly countless strategies, with no genuine power creep, as each Hero (3 per game) have their inherent strengths and weaknesses – irrespective of what cards you play
- Realistic opportunity to play all cards of your deck (all you assembled to use), minimising chance of not ever getting to see the best cards
- Game turns happen simultaneously, without the drawback of cards not impacting gameplay. Also, a game cannot drag endlessly as there are limited turns to test your wits.
- Rather than Card Quantity, there is a focus on Card Quality so that all players can be on par at a start of a Game and enjoy putting their Heroes to the test
It's quite easy to nerf crabrider, there's so many options available. Either push him to 3 mana or take 1 health off. (I personally am in favour of the 1 health removal)
If spellshield was only one turn this would be a weak card. If this was a spellshield for landmarks only this would be a fair card. The fact that it is both make this an auto include in any shurima deck. X3 copies. This is an extremely valuable card. At two mana hot damn either you drew the card you needed from the get go or you might be boned. Shurima should win if they get all their stuff to go off and they do this however is gonna make them overpowered. Guess I know what I’m playing next season
Certainly Blizzard is in dire need of dough... the problem is that there will always be people who don't know where to throw their money... they will be tempted by this bait and will fall into the trap.
Nah, it's ok. I'm glad it sparked a new idea. On the contrary, I've sent this post to HS subreddits, and someone pointed out Born to be Wild Podcast tournaments with similar rules, but that same user appreciated my take on that formula.
Hmmmm. We could try. There are just a few things I'd like to point out beforehand:
I'd like to make sure that the staff is fine with this.
Whoever organizes the tournament gets to make the rules. In my case, that means I won't negotiate the time frame for example. If I say it's Saturday between 8 and 10pm CEST, that's the date and I won't debate whether we can start an hour later or something.
Validation will mostly be based on honesty. I imagine something like the winner notifying the organizer via Discord (maybe we can have our own channel?), the latter updates the tournament sheet on OOC. So the base assumption is that we're all honest people and don't need proof. Screenshots would only be needed if someone wanted to challenge the claim of someone else.
No prizes. We're playing for fun and internet fame only.
That would sum up my most important conditions if I was to organize a tournament. Now let's see who'd be interested to participate! If you are, please post your server and the mode you'd like to play (Classic / Standard / Wild). If we get together more than 10 people by Sunday, the second of May, I'll start a seperate thread to work out the details with all the interested people. I'll start:
anchorm4n - EU, Standard and Wild.
[side note: Flux, we could use a poll function. Pretty please?]
I'll give it a try, if it doesn't cost to much dust for. As I don't own the quest I'll cut the Gen'ral, too. But damn I'm really eager to play Tess. I opened her like two weeks before she rotated out and therefore never played her. Since then she lies in my collection and I always wanted to find a home for her.
MY QUEEN RETURNS!
... that costs 0.

No, they said that it's a BG only tribe when they announced it at blizzconline.
Atrocity Should Be Buried (Salt Thread)
So whats the issue here ? Do you think that atrocity is too powerful or you just tired from seeing decks that use atrocity as finisher ?
Purchasable Decks are Coming to Hearthstone! Battle-Ready Decks are Optimized for the Most Recent Expansion
You can't buy any bundle right now.
Also, two specific legendaries are better than two random ones.

Runeterra's Guardians of the Ancient Expansion Releases on May 5! New Cards, Trailer, and Details
Ok, according to this 45 minutes video on the cinematic, it's an Ionian thing that Noxus just uses as projectiles.
MY QUEEN RETURNS!
This is for this week's brawl where every minion played gives you a random spell.
MY QUEEN RETURNS!
The only cards to add cards from another class are the Wand Thiefs. How does this work? Seems more like a classic Edwin Rogue to me.

Actually, the price is really good. For $20 you get 15 packs which nets you less than one legendary, here you have 2-4 curated legendaries.

Part of me hopes that it's a live as a service game, mostly because that could mean more screen time for Ben Brode.
