A non-zoo midrange deck should have a balance of minions and removal, though. If you don't have spells, you're running a zoo deck by definition. That's what zoo means -- all your effects come from minions.
And let's not pretend there are no battlecries in the game that can deal with Mor'shan. I can think of three without even opening my collection.
Well, you guys covered exactly what I was going to say: Paladin gets a little worse, but it'll still be fine. Play green cards.
I, personally on an emotioknal level, think they need another hit. And another. I'm very tired of their libram garbage. The pen Flinger nerf goes a long way toward curbing that power. Now it's just about getting under the Hopes and probably that damn Book.
I can't believe you're trying to support your argument with a sob story about control warlock, of all things. If you truly think watch posts were keeping that deck down, get ready to agree with me hardcore on the nerfs.
I've pushed out a deploy that should resolve issues with comment jumps. Let me know if you run into any further issues with them after this point in time.
That no one leaves them up is what creates the illusion that they are OP. If people were less psychotic about clearing them, they'd see how balanced they actually are (were, before the nerfs). I have won many, many games by ignoring them when they weren't actually a threat. The trick is knowing when that is.
It was nice when there were cards that punished people for wasting resources mindlessly clearing things that didn't need clearing. Oh, well.
Yes, this seems very light all things considered. But at least they are really trying to adjust Duels as much as (if not more than) Standard, for the time being.
I wanted to try making a simple card that would offer a flavour-fitting draw mechanic to Priest, let me know what you think.
Here's some feedback.

This is a very cool and unique mechanic, I really like it, but I'm unsure it would be a good card except when facing a very slow control Priest or Warrior. Furthermore, getting its Hero Power destroyed is not really fun.

Great control tool, might be a bit oppressive to play against but it's what Warlock do so fine by me. I just feel like the card shouldn't have Lifesteal, it's already really strong without and it might be overkill.

This is a cool card concept, and pretty balanced as it doesn't really accomplishes much. Maybe a fun addition to burn deck Warlock to know when to burn ?

The priest card might be undercosted in my opinion, the effect is too strong for a 4/3 for 3. On the other hand, the DH card might cost too much for a legendary (so one per deck) for such a weak effect it feels.

The Warlock card is just way too strong, literally a twisting nether + better bloodlust. However, I really like the two other cards and they seem pretty balanced, though I think 2 turns without HP might be a bit of a drag.

Damn this is a really good one; it doesn't really accomplishes much, but it helps the player against control match up so much I feel like, especially when playing as a face Hunter deck. Furthermore, the stats are not bad at all. I don't really see what to change here without destroying the card, seems good to me.

The idea is cool, and you want to remove this ASAP if you're against a Discolock. However, this can only be played in Discolock, and Discolock doesn't really need to discard opponent's cards, they just swarm the board and go face. It might need a revamp to fit another Warlock decks, like discarding highest- or lowest-cost cards maybe ?

A really cool effect for a control Priest or a combo Priest, I dig this. However, aggro decks might just go through and ignore this to go face, but every card needs a weakness.
of course you can, before the patch hits you complete one 5 win quest, and then, reroll the one in the same slot of the quest you just did! it worked everytime for me and also work with the third one too after you did the 5 win the second time.
A few hours ago, as I was reading through the comments regarding the nerfs, I saw many comments that it won't be enough. I have the same expression. But than I thought: perhaps this is just a first round of two. They try to target the big powerhouses and look whether it is sufficient to shake up the meta. But they have a watch list of nerf candidates already prepared (Broom, Tickatus, Spring Water, Librams...). They are aware that those crads are borderline broken, but they refrain from nerfing them now because their winrate is currently carried by the nerfed cards. If it turns out, that the meta does not change much, they'll ship the second part.
I believe they did it with the DH nerfs accordingly.
The problem I have is that despite being linear they still have plenty of comeback mechanics (mainly involving Libram of Justice and Pen Flinger shenanigans).
Basically it plays like Midrange Hunter except without any of their actual weaknesses and that's the problem.
The main problem is that it's just so hard to establish any kind of foothold against them.
I think you can leave out "now", you're missing a period at the end of the text and I'm pretty sure you should use "hero" instead of "player". There's also a typo in the name ("Sprit").
Played Illidari Studies twice and got 2 Kurtrus Ashfallen, they stay in hand at a 2 mana discount. Opponent plays Dirty Rat, 1 gets pulled, the other remains in hand for 4 mana.
I was achievement hunting, so I don't really care, but still, it's a bugged interaction.

Paladin is strong for sure, but I really dislike No Minion Mage. I really hope that people will get seduced by the idea of getting full dust and disenchant Lunacy, and the deck loses its popularity.
Refreshing Spring Water is the most problematic card imo. I know it's hard to balance card games while trying to print exciting cards, but that card was a mistake. I'd like to see it get hit in the next round of nerfs.
Paladin will keep its top spot because its actually playing good minions on curve, but honestly there's plenty of ways things can go awry for paladin.
Not going first and your opponent has a 1 drop. That alone can already decide the game. Paladin is strong, but linear. And its that linearity that prevents it from ever truly ruling the roost the higher the skill level goes. I mean, paladin has been tier 1 since scholomance, and its only at the tail end of darkmoon (after plenty of nerfs to other classes) that we really ever saw anyone bringing it in GM or masters tour.
Now that they can't even cheese the end game with a handfull of librams and 2 pen twirling dicks, I'm having second thoughts as to whether Lady Liadrin is still a mandatory card to have. Might be that libram pally gets canned in favor of aggro pally, not too bad in its own right.
Without Deck of Lunacy the deck literally dies to anything that plays minions on curve because there's only so much you can clear from the board before you run out of stuff. I would be surprised if anyone would try mulliganing for DoL that's only playable at turn 4 and would require you to skip that turn while playing it.
I think after two weeks of playing I've only ever died to lunacy mage that played no DoL once, and considering that at least 30% of the meta is playing it that really says something. I don't think the deck can survive a tempo matchup trying to play a 4 mana do nothing card.
I'll bet my left nut that Paladin will still outperform the other classes by a considerable margin. There's just no other deck that can keep up with that 1-2-3-4-5 curve. Not even buffs will fix that.

There's a lot of fucky stuff going on with Sparkjoy Cheat and I'M not entirely sure why.
It used to activate Counterspell (with Counterspell doing nothing because no actual spell was cast) and a bunch of other stuff they already fixed.
