The Final Frontier: Seems really hard to achieve without Aviana and Kun the Forgotten King. Ysiel Windsinger might also do the trick with enough set up (and preferably in Wild because Ultimate Infestation). Completing this the intended way through Celestial Alignment sounds like a bad joke. Getting Alignment off and ramping back to 5-mana with five 8+mana cards is a pipe dream. If you didn't get run down by that point your opponent will usually concede anyways.
EDIT: Apparently Aviana + Kun doesn't work for some reason, so Alignment only it is (or maybe Ysiel, but I don't think anyone even owns that card).
Jungle Giants Quest with Barnabus doesn't work either.
you might be correct, because I tried using Raise Dead for the Warlock quest and it didn't count.
Apparently Dual class spells are bugged as of this patch (but weren't in the last, because I completed the Druid one before just fine)
I can confirm that after excluding Lightning Bloom I get 5 combos correctly per game. Before I got only 3 and couldn't figure out, what was happening.
Here is the deck for making 5 combos per game consistently:
It probably only refreshes your permanent mana crystals and not the temporary ones like from The Coi or Innervate as it states “refresh” in the text. Similarly, it should not refill overloaded mana crystals either.
If you play the coin, you go to 5 mana. You then have 5 mana. Starting at 5 mana, you spend 4 of it on Refreshing. That leaves you with 1 mana. Refilling 2 mana per spell drawn should refill 4 mana. 4 + 1 = 5.
The coin does not give you an extra mana crystal, gives you temporary mana which disappears once spent. After playing Refreshing Spring Water, you still only have 4 mana crystals, but only 3 of them are spent since you used the temporary mana from the coin to cast it.
You gain a mana crystal for that turn. If you play the coin on 4 mana, it shows you having 5 mana. If you play it in another order (Refreshing THEN Coin) you end up with 5 mana. It should work either way IMO.
And thanks for the article as I agree there are a few different ways to build out Beast Hunter atm and this is great food-for-thought. I like the consistency of your build (I probably include too many tech cards in my memes) and need to consider Dancing Cobra more often. I also appreciated your discussion of Resizing Pouch because I hadn't considered how it might be better now given the smaller pools to draw from. Hmm, maybe I'll go full greed and include it in a Leoroxx + King Krush deck to fish for more copies of Krush!
My own Beast Hunter has more of a beasty 1-5 curve because I wanted to try out Tavish Stormpike and liked the potential of rushing beasts with Trueaim Crescent (or Animated Broomstick in the budget build). However, the early results have been pretty rough to the point that I included Nozdormu the Eternal and mainly play it when I'm hopeful for a meme match-up in Casual, haha. Might be time to give another Beast deck a try so thanks again for sharing this :)

So the cards in the packs are always standard format?
Or standard from the time, i received them?
They are from Standard at the time you open them (I used rogue, priest and paladin packs at the start of Barrens to get the new cards, for example).
My own plan with them is to hold them until the next full expansion arrives, and use them effectively as packs from that expansion. I have more than enough surplus gold from the Rewards Track that it is most efficient for me to use that for the mini-expansion.
Note I did use packs I had saved up for the DMF mini-expansion to great success, so it is perfectly valid to use the class packs for that, but it would only be reliable if you already have the full Barrens set.

Damn, I could have rolled spell damage on my Flame Imp Instead! In all seriousness, I appreciate powerful 1 drops to mitigate the devastating effects of devolving missiles a bit.
Rustwix looks to me like it takes place approximately at the same time, or even that Ashes of Outland takes place later than Darkmoon Faire. Since we see the Rusted Legion defeated in Trial by Felfire, what would Rustwix be an Envoy of to the Darkmoon Races?
Similarly, I'm not too sure on Ivory. Alabaster looks pretty old (70+) and Ivory looks pretty young (low 20s), might be that Darkmoon Faire takes place before Scholomance. However, the keys around her neck might indicate that she inherited them (as I believe they're the same ones as from Alabaster's art), which would place it later than Scholomance (maybe Alabaster just looks older than he is).
You might have a point with this whole rabbit hole of madness... (at the Darkmoon Faire)
Haha, exactly! That's what I love about the Hearthstone story. It used that exact storytelling vehicle to have crazy fun with the elements of WoW's universe while still remaining grounded in said universe, and now I want to hear that Merry and Pippin version of the Silmarillion, lol.
The mini-expansion was (and probably will be) 2000 gold so it is best to buy it for gold, but sure, if you have complete collection and do not plan to buy the miniexp for gold or real money, save them until there is an expansion (big or mini) with cards you miss

Can we talk about Jaraxxus yet?
The reason its overplayed is because it's RNG, which some players find to be fun.

Is it worth keeping the class-card packs from the book of... Adventures for the upcoming mini set?

Hi guys,
U lately started playing the solo adventures and was wondering, if it would be worth keeping the packs.
