Rogue already has a hell of a lot of ways to draw cards... but this does seem like a particularly good one in the right deck. Thank god we never saw this when they still had all their Lackeys to dump into it.
Water Elemental is already pretty good value at 4 mana. Being able to get one for 3 mana is great! The thing I don't really get is the flavor: I know it's called water elemental, but since it has freeze I always thought of it as more of a frost elemental, and that doesn't really fit with the Barrens, even in an oasis.
I like this kind of trigger, but I especially like that just like the Warlock legendary it doesn't just do nothing if you haven't added it to your hand that turn - it still at least does something. I expect to see this quite a bit.
Another card for that Wild Taunt Druid deck I occasionally try and build. Y'know, the kind that isn't streamlined at all but goes hard on a theme. This seems right up that alley.
I can see this being good in a token druid just because of Innervate and Lightning Bloom. If you can get a Gibberling down as well, it could be insane.
Mage has a fair number of frost spells, so it shouldn't be difficult to take advantage of this. Imagine being able to lock down your opponent's board with spells AND minions. That's not annoying at all!
If I grab this card I'm absolutely trying to fill a board with him in some ridiculous combo play. I don't necessarily think he's good, but he will be fun.
A very good card in general, and especially for the Taunt Druid deck. Deal 7, become a healed Taunt that sticks around for synergy? Sounds like a dream.
I thought this would be a fun card, and watching some of Regis's matches yesterday, it did not disappoint! It's obnoxious, but in an entertaining way (at least, I think so). Time to find a way to build around this, so as to get the most value.
As others have said, good low-cost damage spell to replace the loss of something like Frostbolt in that slot. The Discover more than makes up for the lower damage in my opinion - but then I do love my random Mage cards.
Kindling Elemental
Really great card. It's already going into every shaman deck for the next two years, probably some mage decks, and maybe even a weird priest deck.
Just needs one or two more solid neutral elementals to really take off in other classes.
New Paladin Minion - Veteran Warmedic
Not sure this will see play. Paladin has other resources for healing.
New Rogue Minion - Field Contact
Rogue already has a hell of a lot of ways to draw cards... but this does seem like a particularly good one in the right deck. Thank god we never saw this when they still had all their Lackeys to dump into it.
New Mage Spell - Runed Orb
A common that could have been an epic
New Paladin Minion - Cariel Roame
Not sure if mana reduction will be a paladin thing.
New Hunter Minion - Pack Kodo
Seems like a great value card.
New Mage Spell - Oasis Ally

New Rogue Minion - Oil Rig Ambusher
I like this kind of trigger, but I especially like that just like the Warlock legendary it doesn't just do nothing if you haven't added it to your hand that turn - it still at least does something. I expect to see this quite a bit.
New Mage Minion - Rimetongue
I'd prefer trying to prepare for the 10mana legendary instead of playing the frost mage
New Paladin Minion - Cannonmaster Smythe
Paladin secrets are quite annoying. This is a strong card for the return of an old archetype.
New Mage Spell - Wildfire
Very good, and loving the HP synergy in both FitB and the new Mage Core.
New Mage Spell - Runed Orb
Good spell. 2 damage and discover value.
New Druid Minion - Thickhide Kodo
Another card for that Wild Taunt Druid deck I occasionally try and build. Y'know, the kind that isn't streamlined at all but goes hard on a theme. This seems right up that alley.
New Druid Minion - Guff Runetotem
I can see this being good in a token druid just because of Innervate and Lightning Bloom. If you can get a Gibberling down as well, it could be insane.
New Mage Spell - Oasis Ally
Water elementals are really annoying to deal with. This secret gives you one.
New Mage Minion - Rimetongue
Mage has a fair number of frost spells, so it shouldn't be difficult to take advantage of this. Imagine being able to lock down your opponent's board with spells AND minions. That's not annoying at all!
New Hunter Minion - Tavish Stormpike

New Mage Spell - Refreshing Spring Water
Possible 2 mana draw 2. Strong in spell mage.
New Druid Minion - Druid of the Plains
A very good card in general, and especially for the Taunt Druid deck. Deal 7, become a healed Taunt that sticks around for synergy? Sounds like a dream.
New Mage Spell - Flurry (Rank 1)
Cheap freeze spell for mage.
New Mage Spell - Wildfire
Bomb card!
But why shadowform was nerfed then???
New Druid Spell - Celestial Alignment
I thought this would be a fun card, and watching some of Regis's matches yesterday, it did not disappoint! It's obnoxious, but in an entertaining way (at least, I think so). Time to find a way to build around this, so as to get the most value.
New Mage Minion - Rimetongue
I think it might be a little slow but could support a freeze archetype.
New Mage Spell - Runed Orb
As others have said, good low-cost damage spell to replace the loss of something like Frostbolt in that slot. The Discover more than makes up for the lower damage in my opinion - but then I do love my random Mage cards.
New Demon Hunter Spell - Fury (Rank 1)
Well, I hated Twin Slice, and this seems marginally less aggravating to play against I guess?
