I like your list. I've been trying to get some inspiration from other people's lists and found some here. If you want some suggestions, here's what I have to offer:
What to potentially cut:
From what it sounds like in your deck guide, you're not too sure about Shooting Star. I do think Shooting Star is the weakest card here in context as it was historically run in decks that utilized more spell damage. I also think that Yogg-Saron, Master of Fate might prevent you from getting Mordresh Fire Eye from Taelan Fordring when you need Mordresh to finish a game or clear, but if you want to run Yogg for fun, go for it. Lastly, I think Snap Freeze might prove to be too low impact and not synergize well with Glacier Racer and Varden Dawngrasp.
What to potentially include:
I do like the idea of Armor Vendor like you mention. I'd also consider including Arcanologist to help find your Ice Barriers against aggressive decks. You might consider running one Counterspell or Rigged Faire Game to help with Arcanologist's draw consistency. Lastly, I think Wand Thief would make a good inclusion as discovering spells for cheap in Mage is really efficient and can lead to more Wildfires.
Great all around card, and a solid elemental to boot. The damage can be nice to clear out some aggro minions or leftover stuff, or to wipe out some divine shileds.
I love a good pun (although this one's only okay), but I love a good murloc! Most of the time you should be able to get the effect. It's like a Felstalker, without the discard.
I disagree with some of the list, but I have to admit I too share a hatred of Bomb Warrior. It feels awful knowing that there isn't anything I can do against it when playing a slow deck other than keeping my hand full.
Elemental shaman getting some more support? Yes please! I really like this card for it's ability to control the board in the early game, and potentially do quite a bit of damage if it survives a turn.
Great value later in the game, although at that point warlocks usually have a lot of value anyway. If the game goes that long, I think there are a number of other cards that I would rather draw into. Overall, not a bad card, but not one that I'm super excited about. Not a game changer by any means.
I'm somewhat against random creation that can't really be played around due to either the variety of potential created cards or the sheer amount of the cards created
Burgle rogue sits quietly in the corner hoping Frosty doesn't look at it.
In fairness, even as a burgle rogue main I tend to agree, just with a caveat. I think the reason burgle decks haven't generated many complaints is that Blizz has done a brilliant job at keeping it strong enough to feel good to playing, but weak enough that it is never really part of the meta. If Blizz can keep value generation at that power level, rather than the excessive strength and quantity seen in the Year of the Dragon, then we'll be in good shape.

The Cards We're NOT Going to Miss When Rise of Shadows Rotates
Zephrys and probably all neutral highlander cards, that make it so every highlander deck of every class plays exactly the same.
Rip, and please never come back!
New Priest Spell - Power Word: Fortitude
Priests do fairly well with spell heavy decks, and arrakoa is still in standard. This will see some use in a few different decks for sure.
New Rogue Minion - Field Contact
Excellent temp card, which Rogue loves to see. Some nice combo potential.
New Hunter Minion - Pack Kodo
A nice resource generator for hunter. Not as nice as the hunters pack, but you do get a beast, which isn't bad.
New Shaman Minion - Earth Revenant
Great all around card, and a solid elemental to boot. The damage can be nice to clear out some aggro minions or leftover stuff, or to wipe out some divine shileds.
New Neutral Minion - Gruntled Patron
I am Grim Patron. Or rather, Grim Patron as he should have been.
New Druid Spell - Living Seed (Rank 1)
nah, it's too weak
New Demon Hunter Minion - Death Speaker Blackthorn
this deck will be good, especially with Baron Rivendare back
New Hunter Spell - Tame Beast (Rank 1)
very good card
New Neutral Minion - Death's Head Cultist
every year needs a new sludge belcher I guess
New Neutral Minion - Lushwater Murcenary
I love a good pun (although this one's only okay), but I love a good murloc! Most of the time you should be able to get the effect. It's like a Felstalker, without the discard.
New Warlock Minion - Tamsin Roame
nuts. get ready for control warlock all day

New Neutral Minion - Kindling Elemental
essential card for mage/shaman elemental decks
New Neutral Minion - Burning Blade Acolyte
d-rat demon hunter will possibly be good!
New Shaman Minion - Firemancer Flurgl
I'm going to be scared of this in wild quest shaman
New Neutral Minion - Hog Rancher
arena card.
New Shaman Minion - Arid Stormer
Elemental shaman getting some more support? Yes please! I really like this card for it's ability to control the board in the early game, and potentially do quite a bit of damage if it survives a turn.
New Neutral Minion - Lushwater Murcenary
I guess the old 2/3/2 murloc is just sad now after getting double creeped in this set
New Warlock Minion - Barrens Scavenger
Great value later in the game, although at that point warlocks usually have a lot of value anyway. If the game goes that long, I think there are a number of other cards that I would rather draw into. Overall, not a bad card, but not one that I'm super excited about. Not a game changer by any means.
New Warlock Minion - Barrens Scavenger
no idea if this archetype will be good, but I'm definitely trying it with Mecha'thun

New Shaman Minion - Arid Stormer
shaman seems strong from this card alone
New Mage Minion - Arcane Luminary
did we really need this?
