I did think it felt stupid to simultaneously launch both the expansion and Classic since I'd imagine a lot of people want to play both and they would just be torn between the two.
i don't like the randomness of this kind of effects, if you could choose the minions it damage it should be better or atleast choose the side the damage goes
Really situational, but most of the times a good card and on outcast position very good even if you dont kill the enemy minions, you give then 6 damage and a 3/4 body for only 4 mana
Also, Kazakus, Golem Shaper mentioned something about mercenaries. Perhaps he's a playable unit for hearthstone mercenaries. A bit farfetched but who knows really.
I run it in a few Control Hunter decks for reasons similar to KANSAS:
Gives access to 2 wide board clears that my class doesn't do very well
Has synergy with cards I already want to run like Professor Slate and reduces the number of spells I need to include to consistently activate Yogg
Provides an extra win condition in some Control matches (e.g., I like to hold onto the 4th spell against Warlock to punish the 2nd (or 3rd) Tickatus that empties my deck)
So I don't run it with the expectation of playing C'Thun himself, but rather I like getting 4 useful tools for the price of 1 card that can also be a finisher. Admittedly, those extra cards can sometimes get in the way of drawing your win condition, but Tracking or a tutor like Scavenger's Ingenuity help counteract that. However, I'm sure if you pressed me enough I'd confess that I'm still just nostalgic for the Old Gods ;D
Edit: There's also the minor benefit in that the pieces are never offered in the mulligan phase so you have slightly better odds of finding crucial cards like Zephyrs.
This seems weak, but I am very curious to see how it interacts with all of the hero powers and hero power synergy cards. I'm assuming it doesn't trigger inspire effects. Will this plus Spirit of the Dragonhawk be the slowest animation ever? Will this be crazy awesome in Duels?
At first I thought this was weak, then I noticed the 10 damage wasn't split. This card definitely requires you to build your deck around it, but I like to see support for Even Mage in Wild.
For a legendary, this card is a very conditional one, because if you can't activate the outcast, maybe it only kills one minion. The real tempo of this card lies in his outcast only.
Secret Paladin was the deck that propelled me from rank 15 to rank 5 for the first time back before the ranked revamp. I'm glad to see it get some potentially powerful support. I think I'll be trying this card out in Wild.
In Wild, this is like Spiteful but worse because it is too slow. Someone will come up with a deck that wants to reliably draw its most expensive spell before turn 9, though, and then this will be used, not for the summon, but for the draw.
I agree that its just too soon. To make this work, ideally we need something that will draw out a bunch of secrets, or just play them outright. There's always that chance that there would be a pally card that simply draws 2 spells for 2 mana. So I'm not exactly giving up yet.
This seems like it would be a fine inclusion in any deck that already runs a good number of 2-4 mana deathrattle minions, but I don't expect to see this played in Wild unless DH gets some really powerful deathrattle stuff.

This seems quite doable.

New Shaman Spell - Chain Lightning (Rank 1)
i don't like the randomness of this kind of effects, if you could choose the minions it damage it should be better or atleast choose the side the damage goes
New Demon Hunter Minion - Kurtrus Ashfallen

Doomhammer
Why do ppl like C'thun the Shattered so much?

New Demon Hunter Minion - Razorfen Beastmaster
If there are some good 4 mana deathrattle, this card will provide a huge tempo swing
New Neutral Minion - Kazakus, Golem Shaper
This looks to be Kazakus-level powerful. Kazakus still sees consistent play in Wild. So will this.
New Neutral Minion - Primordial Protector
In Wild, this is like Spiteful but worse because it is too slow. Someone will come up with a deck that wants to reliably draw its most expensive spell before turn 9, though, and then this will be used, not for the summon, but for the draw.
[Game] Card Treasure Hunt (The Resurrection Attempt)
This one can attack multiple times too if everything goes right. Should I just say it?

New Demon Hunter Minion - Kurtrus Ashfallen
This is thematically appropriate support for control DH, and I hope that becomes a thing in Wild.
