The strength of this card is it "distrupting combo potential". If the meta see some "core card" in the top tier deck (like Il'gynoth deck) that u want try to elimanate, we are going to see it played. In the other case isn't good enough.
Right now I think only Warrior can play it in combo with Inner Rag for an easy 3 mana aoe. Otherwise u need some buff or handbuff, but in this case I think that it will too slow and too situational
Demon hunters already had lifesteal, card draw, weapons and silence in their class identity. Now Blizzard is adding deathrattles? What's next, divine shield and overload?
We need to know all the effect before we can evaluate this card, but i'm sure that is some deck will find a spot. Not all class can afford to not play 4 mana drops, but Prince Valanar have seen some play back in the day. So...let's wait and see
This card have a cool lore, but it isn't super strong. 3 mana for 3/4 is just ok and u must wait before X turn before find the wife card and for now it doesn't have any particular synergies. Avarage imho
Super strong card with insane battlecry. In any deck wher u can cheat mana and/or u will play some big spell (8+), u will run it for sure. U don't even build your deck around like we did with Spiteful Summoner . Nerf incoming?
I piloted a Burn Tempo Mage deck to Diamond-5 and finished the short climb to legend with the Highlander Mage deck above. Having the 11-star bonus this season was great. Only lost a few games to very aggressive decks (with optimal curves) like: Weapon Rogue, Zoo Warlock and Token Druid.
I will personally wait to judge it until we see more of the set. I got the feeling Blizz is trying to push the game in a more board centric direction where stats and making good trades may actually be relevant as was in the early days. I am making that assumption based solely on the Core set though. Or rather what was excluded from the Core set (Kill Command, Evic, majority of Charge minions, some board clears, Mage’s “freeze everything” stall cards, etc).
These exclusions could be done to allow the team to include new clears and burst, or could be to try and make Standard feel more like your decisions matter. If it’s the latter, and depending on the new secrets and secret support pallys can use... could be decent. But we’ll see.
power creep of Pit Fighter. I don't see why someone need to play this card istead of some rush minion. Filler card unless there will be some crazy combo with it
Decent card, but i don't think it's enough for competitive play. Wandmaker is way better and Peon must survive to give just a random spell (not discovered)
Nice card. It's very solid against agro deck and thanks the "upgrade" mechanics can be played later on in the game. Let's see if Nature spell will have some other synergies
Right now we cant evaluate this card without knowing other card. So this card can be really strong in some combo/OTK deck or it will never find a spot in any deck. I think it's not worty to include this card for just an aoe in some control deck
But five out of those nine decks have new cards in them. Trundle Lissandra is, in fact, a new deck. Ashe midrange has incorporated LeBlanc and a couple of other new cards. LeBlanc Sivir is obviously a very new deck. Azir scouts and Nasus endure are also both using new champions and some other new cards as well.
And if you look to the region popularity at the bottom, Shurima is tied with Shadow Isles as the most popular region, at 19% of all decks.
Apparently you're getting unlucky with your matchups, but the objective fact is that a significant portion of the meta actually IS using new cards.
It' a 0 mana...and that is the only strong part of this card. If Priest can use it in some combo or shenanigans it will see play...otherwise filler card
Right now i don't lile this card. In paladin the secret doesn't stay to long before they are activate, and u don't want to fill your deck with secret just for this leggendary. Even if you want that secret i doubt thate u will wait to play it for the chance to combo it with this card. So without other card i think it's terrible
more impactful than spiteful summoner with a less strict deck restriction, but comes out 2 turns later. seems better as a tool in control decks than a curve topper in midrange like spiteful was.
New Neutral Minion - Shadow Hunter Vol'jin
The strength of this card is it "distrupting combo potential". If the meta see some "core card" in the top tier deck (like Il'gynoth deck) that u want try to elimanate, we are going to see it played. In the other case isn't good enough.
New Neutral Minion - Blademaster Samuro
Right now I think only Warrior can play it in combo with Inner Rag for an easy 3 mana aoe. Otherwise u need some buff or handbuff, but in this case I think that it will too slow and too situational
New Demon Hunter Minion - Razorfen Beastmaster
Demon hunters already had lifesteal, card draw, weapons and silence in their class identity. Now Blizzard is adding deathrattles? What's next, divine shield and overload?
New Neutral Minion - Kazakus, Golem Shaper
We need to know all the effect before we can evaluate this card, but i'm sure that is some deck will find a spot. Not all class can afford to not play 4 mana drops, but Prince Valanar have seen some play back in the day. So...let's wait and see
New Neutral Minion - Mankrik
This card have a cool lore, but it isn't super strong. 3 mana for 3/4 is just ok and u must wait before X turn before find the wife card and for now it doesn't have any particular synergies. Avarage imho
Runeterra Patch 2.4.0 Brings Quality of Life Improvements But No Balance Changes
Yeah it seems that way. The funny ones are Targon at 6% and Bilgwater at only 7% Yet those are the regions that face the most .
I guess I should just take a break until the next balance patch.
New Neutral Minion - Primordial Protector
Super strong card with insane battlecry. In any deck wher u can cheat mana and/or u will play some big spell (8+), u will run it for sure. U don't even build your deck around like we did with Spiteful Summoner . Nerf incoming?
Highlander Mage (Season 84 - Legend)
I piloted a Burn Tempo Mage deck to Diamond-5 and finished the short climb to legend with the Highlander Mage deck above. Having the 11-star bonus this season was great. Only lost a few games to very aggressive decks (with optimal curves) like: Weapon Rogue, Zoo Warlock and Token Druid.
Kripparrian Reveals a New Forged in the Barrens Paladin Legendary - Cannonmaster Smythe

New Neutral Minion - Spirit Healer
The mechanics is similar to Lightsteed . Can be interesting, but we need to know how many and what holy card will be relased to evaluate this card
New Neutral Minion - Razormane Raider
power creep of Pit Fighter. I don't see why someone need to play this card istead of some rush minion. Filler card unless there will be some crazy combo with it
New Neutral Minion - Peon
Decent card, but i don't think it's enough for competitive play. Wandmaker is way better and Peon must survive to give just a random spell (not discovered)
Conor Kou Has Departed the Hearthstone Team and Battlegrounds, Remains at Blizzard
Someone else also hates BGs as much as I do? Couldn't care less about it. Good that some people enjoy it though!
New Warlock Spell - Imp Swarm (Rank 1)
I don't like it. It's not enough to see play imho. The rank 3 is too slow and the rank 1 is just a 3/2 for 2 mana.
New Shaman Spell - Chain Lightning (Rank 1)
Nice card. It's very solid against agro deck and thanks the "upgrade" mechanics can be played later on in the game. Let's see if Nature spell will have some other synergies
New Shaman Minion - Bru'kan
Right now we cant evaluate this card without knowing other card. So this card can be really strong in some combo/OTK deck or it will never find a spot in any deck. I think it's not worty to include this card for just an aoe in some control deck
Runeterra Patch 2.4.0 Brings Quality of Life Improvements But No Balance Changes
Here's the most recent Mobalytics meta report, posted to reddit. Yes, it has Fiora and TF/Fizz among others.
But five out of those nine decks have new cards in them. Trundle Lissandra is, in fact, a new deck. Ashe midrange has incorporated LeBlanc and a couple of other new cards. New Priest Spell - Desperate Prayer
It' a 0 mana...and that is the only strong part of this card. If Priest can use it in some combo or shenanigans it will see play...otherwise filler card
Primordial Protector
Very strong. Pulls out a specific spell and minion to boot!
New Paladin Minion - Cannonmaster Smythe
Right now i don't lile this card. In paladin the secret doesn't stay to long before they are activate, and u don't want to fill your deck with secret just for this leggendary. Blizzard Reveals Two New Forged in the Barrens Cards for Mage - The Legendary Mordresh Fire Eye & Reckless Apprentice
Love this direction for mage!
New Mage Minion - Reckless Apprentice
Nice card. A small aoe with a decent body. I think it can find a spot in some tempo mage and maybe in a control type with Mordresh Fire Eye
New Neutral Minion - Primordial Protector
Very strong. Pulls out a specific spell and minion to boot!
New Neutral Minion - Primordial Protector

Kazakus, Golem Shaper
Need to see all the effects to see if it's worth running this or not.
