If there is a place in the standard meta for cyclone mage, this will be the strongest card there. In wild, it is almost guaranteed for this to see play.
Having this minion hit the board is going to be extremely conditional. The set up will have to be immaculate and even then, unless you have OTK in hand, you can probably get that it will die the next turn. Don't get me wrong, I think it will find it's way into a number of decks. I just don't see it staying on the board very often past 1 turn.
The good thing is Mozaki is a sticky minion, so the next turn you can take advantage of the spell power. With some 1 cost spells and Sorcerer's Apprentice on the next turn maybe getting a lethal of nowhere.
So how long until Sorcerer's Apprentice cant reduce spells lower than 1 ? Because i can already imagine Wild Quest Mage just ditching the quest and straight up burning people with this and Flamewakers
Somewhat fringe but very powerful in any deck where you play Sorcerer's Apprentice... Please nerf the apprentice so that she can't discount stuff down to 0
ehh I've played cyclone recently, what's holding cyclone back is a lot of pitiful low cost cards that do nothing like the side quests or cards that are too expensive to shot gun

I like the idea, but I don't think this card is actually going to consistent enough to pull off some kind of huge spell damage combo for lethal.
I want this card to work, but it feels like Chenvaala to me--a lot of hype, but little payoff in practice.
Nevertheless, it's an exciting card that I look forward to trying out.

the Incanter's Flow can already reduce spells below (1) if enough are played in a match.

well sure but with this guy, suddenly if you finish on Arcane Missiles it ain't doing exactly nothing anymore...
