yes I finally did it, but what I had to go through is pretty much unacceptable.
NOt even the Amazing Reno fight from Galakrond'S Awakening had this much uncontrollable variables. I genuinely don't understand how anyone could design that fight and think "yeah, this is fine". The only explanation I have is that they got so lucky on their first try they just assumed this would be the average.
Seriously. Why the fuck do the Shadows have like 15 health?! Why do you have Frenzied Felwings against a boss you can't damage? What the fuck were they doing?
yeah fuck this entirely, Cho'gall is unbeatable, I'Ve tried eveery single combination of cards and he always just removes everything and whittles you down.
They can shove that Rogue pack up their incompetent asses, I#m not playing this lazy excuse for a PvE adventure anymore
chogal is beatable IF are very lucky and go face as fast a spossible and hope he doesnt have c'thun to clear your weak board. Its very diffcutly(due terirble deck with rng requirement) but possible
actual answer: get really lucky with draws after demon transformation. If you don't get both of the Discard returners at some point you lose and can't do anything about it.
Did they even playtest Cho'Gall? What absolute nonsense. You've got 15 turns tops to do 100 damage to someone with, let me check, infinite board clears. 0/10

If you don't like playing Expeditions at all because it's too grindy or bland, you can just cash in Expedition tokens for an Epic Capsule 3 times a week instead.
I didn't know that but so far I love expeditions. My first 2 tries got me to 7 wins (and 2nd tries 2x 4), and today I got 4 (and second try only 1). I always liked arena too in Hearthstone so I'll probably keep playing it every week if I got the time.
You literally draw the same cards in the same order while your opponent doesn't have to follow any specific orders and the bosses are so absurdly resilient that it actually just comes down to card generation RNG
Cho'gall literally puts you on a timer and then after some time your entire deck gets replaced by useless demons and you hope that your hero power pulls a Voidlord and not Flame Imp.
This is literally just trial and error until the AI messes up. If you're gonna go for a challenge at least let me build a deck and don't force me to play a half baked Arena draft that forces me to fight the same boss over and over until I eventually get to win.
Hey I got one extra tip about xp boosters early on. Rotate between regions so you're always getting that extra xp, then focus on fully completing regions after.
I've been 100% free to play from the start and as long as you're okay not having every champ from the launch of a new set
You'll find you'll get them all in 2 - 3 weeks of light to moderate play
I know, got all regions at level 8 except the region without the XP bonus. Now I'm trying to get them all to level 12.
This one was super interesting as someone who has no Lore knowledge. Some of her HotS voicelines now make a lot more sense when you know that she was possessed by a deamon.

You turn into a Demon halfway through the fight, which refreshes you to 30 HP and gives you a way better deck and hero power. I beat on my first try.
The last encounter is fucking dogshit, though. Your deck is filled with cards that do literally nothing.

Ah, that means that you strike them with your left hand.
Use or keep wildcards and shards?

Shadow Hunter Vol'jin
Shame the highlander cards are rotating out, right!
Zeph + vol'jin to get a big body on the board and zeph back in hand!
Blademaster Samuro
So good against tokens and wide boards! What control deck wouldn't want that against hunter and rogue?
Fogsail Freebooter
Weird, this guy isn't a Rogue card...
Bru'kan
This is going to be the focus of so many first decks!
Mankrik
Both meme-y and yet looking plausible for the stat lines. Especially in arena?
Chain Lightning (Rank 1)
Unless they are the only one on the board, a later-game 2 mana damage spell to 2 minions seems pretty good to me!
