Thunder King crowdfunding bundle again, here we go with wishful thinking.

You can only ever showcase one at a time and maybe 1% of players would ever take note and recognize it. If that. Then would proceed to shrug it off, because why care about random opposing player's cardbacks when you play against so many. And with hundreds of cardbacks now. I certainly never do, but then I barely even pay attention to my own. 

It's a much better idea to offer them back for collectors and those who might wish to find a new favorite they might've missed by not playing back in the day. Personal aesthetic, nothing more.

Why would I ever put the original Deathwing to my deck when this one is just strictly better? With Ysera re-work one can argue, that sometimes the original is better, but here we have a buffed version of the existing card.

When exactly is the release date of Forged in the Barrens?

Nothing is official yet, but rumour has it that the release date is 22nd March.

On topic, I´ve just hit lvl 200, so I´ve made 20 lvls a week this time.

So now I want a Pandaria-themed expansion just so I can grab the very first Ranked Play card back.

• For Halloween, we saw Hallow's End return last year.
• For Christmas, we saw Winter Veil Wreath return last year.
• For Valentine's Day we saw Love is in the Air return this year
• For September 19 (known as international talk like a Pirate day) we see ______________ return this year.

Pre-purchase offers end March 22. To my knowledge, that has never been incorrect as an indicator of the launch date. It's pretty much always the very next day, or at least later that week.

Pre-purchase has always ended on the same day as the release, BUT these are not normal times and the deeper we get into the pandemic the more each set's development can be affected. While I like the idea, it would kind of delete the core of the deck and make it purely a Malygos OTK deck. In this version, Malygos is one of multiple win conditions (Dragon tempo, Vereesa). I'm looking forward to see your version of a Malygos Vol'jin OTK Hunter though!

No is certain yet, but I expect it changes the base stats of a minion. For example Horrendous Growth or Jade Golems. So it immune to silence or sap effects.

As for the card, I expect to see it in hunter decks even for the stats alone. As for the text, I am not too sold on it. I think it depends if they give hunter better card draws on the core set or the expansion. 

The way I understood the text, it will be the base copy shuffled back into your deck. So 3/4 will be it's biggest form.

Do I recall correctly that packs like these do adhere to the no-duplicates rule, but they have their own pity timer? Meaning 15 packs would guarantee you an epic, but don't hold your breath for a legendary?

So, say I have collected all of Scholomance and all of Darkmoon, these packs would basically be the same as Ashes of Outland packs, but on a separate timer?

I didn't say "lack of communication." I said "poor communication." Self-contradiction is one form of poor communication. They've said it's "in the Slay the Spire vein" and then contradicted themselves by describing a game that's nothing like STS, apart from the map interface. (Not that I'm mad -- I actually don't care for STS very much.)

I'm sure it's not a case of intentional deceit. It's more a poorly considered offhand comment that has propagated. I've got no beef with Ben Lee. I'm more annoyed at everyone else who's talking about STS when there are more apt comparisons to be made.

If you had a friend who loved STS and hated Darkest Dungeon, and you told them about Mercenaries, describing it as being "in the vein of STS," don't you think you'd be setting them up for disappointment?

If like me you were back when everything was peaches and cream and you got some sweet card backs to show it, then good for you.

Is it just me or Taliyah's skin is brighter and her eyebrows are less thicc?

Curious that your list does not run Swipe and instead runs Starfall. I personally think swipe is better, and it does well with malygos more so than starfall.

Nourish and overgrowth is honestly to me a little too much. You almost never ramp with nourish since its almost always too little too late. Also, your list is very heavy and cycles too slowly for a combo deck. I'd remove the winged guardian, circus amalgam, and bone wraith for rising winds, 1x overflow, and anubisath defender.

Finally, I'd recommend you make some room for Resizing Pouch. This card doesn't get much love but if you play this with 0 mana remaining you'd get a chance at moonfire, lightning bloom, and innervate. All three options are very good in this deck. You can even dump that wisp, since this card almost always grant you either the three above or a 0 mana minion (theres two of them in standard, so its not too bad a chance)

Edit: Okay, so you inspired me to take up one of my older ideas and jump start it back to life with Vol'jin.
