Saturday C'Thuns = Saturday (morning) cartoons. Getting up that morning to watch Dragonball Z and the like; used to be a big thing for kids/teens in the 90s and early 00s, here in the US, but they eventually died off. Don't know if that was a thing anywhere else.

Don't know what it has to do with the Hero Power's mechanics, though lol

Riven has great stats, and the 3-mana Blade of the Exile spell is solid. However, cards with Reforge pay a 1-mana surcharge for the ability (Runeweaver costs 2 and has the stats of a 1-mana creature, Blade Squire has the stats of a 0-mana creature (i.e. Shellshocker), Weapon Hilt is like Elixir of Wrath except it has a worse effect for more mana.

On top of having to pay three 1-mana surcharges to GET the Reforge spells, you then need to pay a total of 3 more mana to cast these underwhelming spells, and after paying 6 mana’s worth of Reforge stuff, you get a powerful buff in Blade of the Exile (for which you need to pay 3 more mana). WAY too expensive for what it does.

What is the wordplay? I don't get it

i mean yogg sees play and they others are niche like u said. they kinda flopped if they dont see much play. bomb warrior etc warrior and pain warrior doesnt use them, all variants of DH,  the tempo secret rogue,  aggro and evolve shaman, libram pally,  highlander hunter,  all tier 1 and tier 2 decks. dont use them. highlander priest uses yogg i think. i mean the most sucessful decks dont use them. thats why in my eyes thats flopping

Nope all of them are called keywords, it's just that some of them are battle oriented while other provide utility.

I meant the keywords like quick attack and stuff do they have a different name?

(nevermind I eat my words there's a lot of champs without quick attack/regen or something of the sort)

Reforge is a keyword buddy.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, and I don't play battlegrounds often because it takes too long, but what about having an "End Turn" button to start the next round quicker, if everyone clicked it. Sometimes I'm left waiting for 30 seconds doing nothing. I think if this existed, I'd play this mode a lot more.

I don't know if they've really flopped so much as the decks that could use them are oppressed by the dominance of other decks/archetypes.  The meta is just way too aggro to allow for high cost and slow strategies.  But they each have their own potential to have successful decks if the meta shifts with either a) nerfs, or b) the mini set.  And of course, if you aren't worried about winning all the time and just want to have fun, new Yogg is always a great time no matter the outcome!  I am getting a little discouraged though because I've gotten Rod of Roasting more times than I could tell you and have STILL not won a single Rod roll...  :(

You never know, they might be more prominent come set rotation in April.  And I am actually really loving the new Y'Shaarj in a Wild Mill Lock, getting multiple free Tickatus and upgraded Cascading Disasters is great in the late game, even if I've already burnt my opponent's entire deck away!  Getting two free "destory 3 enemy minions" cards late against Big Priest has been especially wonderful.

So is she the first champ without keywords or have I forgotten one?

Did they flop? Yogg sees pretty consistent play in control decks, and the rest have niche but powerful uses.

For whatever reason, bots like to spam this particular thread with messages (among others, of course). They get removed, but their effect remains; it appears as though nothing is happening here, but the staff can see the bot posts.

I dunno, but Riven will be a decent champion. Maybe on a stronger side, but probably not overbearing. At base, she's just a Loyal Badgerbear, and will only become stronger once she actually completes her level up. She also doesn't progress her level up that quickly, because she's reliant on you having an attack token.

Overall, she can be solid, but not busted.

Brilliant wordplay in the Hero Power name.

A 1 health unit while Go Hard is meta? I think not. If that gets nerfed, maybe this has a chance at relevance.
