Got it from a pack and would be very grateful for people helping me to make this work. Here's my first idea (short guide included):
Initially, I was hesitant to like this card. The more that I think about the abusive things that this can do I am looking forward to seeing how it can be totally utilized. Even things like Mountain Giant become infinitely more scary at the idea of a 20/8 minion coming out as soon as you have a larger hand
Wow, this with Voidlord in Wild will surely be tried out :D 3 Mana 9/9, yes please :D
In Standard, I can't think of something broken off the top of my head...

Ohhhh, I know.... How about a 3 Mana Lord Jaraxxus.... (albiet, its actually mana-neutral, when you consider the cost of Deck of Chaos :P) If only he was actually viable in the current meta...
Other than that, cards like Siegebreaker, Archwitch Willow and Enhanced Dreadlord springs to mind :)
Interesting buildaround... need to find which high cost low attack minions are there in warlock
but yeah need to be careful or you might cripple your deck...
