If you were advocating that all players of Hearthstone should pay a means-tested, progressive tax in order to play, I'm with you! Great idea! But that's clearly not what you're espousing - you're disingenuously acting like the benefits of social democracy are comparable in any way to videogames.
People who are free-to-play don't need "looking out for," Mr. Self-Appointed Hero. They're free-loading in a children's card game. Missing out on a single free pack for a single week which they KNEW ABOUT IN ADVANCE will not hurt them in the slightest.

My stance is that this discussion is unproductive, which isn't in any way trolling. I believe that your post is unproductive because it doesn't add anything new to the conversation. You can disagree with me, but me having a different opinion doesn't make me a troll. If you'd like to propose specific changes then I could see this post being helpful as a discussion over how the game should be rebalanced, but nonspecific complaints over power level aren't useful when almost everyone already agrees with you. No one is saying that Bilgewater is totally balanced, I don’t know why you insist on pretending that it’s some rebel stance on the issue. At this point, “Bilgewater OP” is not a new or helpful stance and adds nothing to the conversation. Either suggest specific nerfs or just wait until the next balance patch to see if the issues are resolved.
Disappointing that there was no free run and I can't imagine there'd be that many 'ordinary' players willing to stump up 1000g to be farmed by high legend streamers. I certainly won't be bothering. Heroic Failiseum .
This game, as a game, has a ton going for it. I really like the mana system and the minion positioning/combat system. But I was progressing through the beginner missions, going from AI to competitive play, and on four attempts across two days I waited over 5 minutes to get matched in PvP draft arena before just cancelling and doing something else. I still may go back to it, but no guarantees.
KANSAS Nice changes, I really like the flavor. Maybe the stats are a bit too much? This might be nitpicking, but I would be more comfortable at 5 Health.
I am kind of going back and forth on the stats. 3/6 is premium stats for a 4-drop, but his effect is both an upgrade, and a downgrade. Does the 50% chance to mess up negate the benefit of the +3 attack, or is it still enough of a benefit that the Barkeeps stats should be reduced?
I feel like it's not too that OP as a 4 mana 3/6, so I think you could keep it that way.
That said, you do have a grammar mistake (you wrote "attack" instead of "Attack"), and there seems to be a logo visible in the art. If possible, position the art so that the logo isn't visible.

I did forget The Amazing Reno, I didn't mention things like Devolve, or Plague of Murlocs because I was just going for full board wipes. Those two still leave bodies on the board, but it is a way to deal with it. I mean Devolve+Earthquake or Hagatha's Scheme does the same as Mass Dispel+Lightbomb or Dragonfire Potion
