So, your opponent plays this, but you then shuffle a bomb or an albatross or something into their deck, and that breaks this effect?
Prior to that, this seems...kind of nuts in a way, guaranteeing a certain draw. But how often will that application be practical? Obviously, somebody's going to make it work insanely well, and that'll be something to see.
You can still shuffle a card after drawing Malygos and mix up the deck once again. Add a card to shuffle card(Not, Plot twist, it is for when you draw Maylgos before hand) your deck and BAM, it's random again.
1) You assume you will always get the control deck SINGLE (what kind of control deck is that??) big removal, but you just played a minion that took your entire turn 4 and can be killed by a 3/2, turn 2 minion, or a 2/1 + hero power in most decks. Oh, and getting this to outcast means your turns 1-3 were also sub optimal if not abysmal. Any control deck that can't set itself for a good state after 4 turns and losing one card, even if you could choose ANY card and not limited to 3, was bad to begin with.
2) I've played many combo decks, since beta. By turn 4, no combo deck, EVER, wanted to draw any part of the combo, that's actually bad enough in itself to make you lose. Recently, I played a hell of a lot of Quest Warlock. Never have I looked at my 8 card hand by turn 4 and said "good thing I have this 1 single removal because otherwise there was nothing I could do."
3) There's no leeroy anymore, aggro decks kill you slowly and consistently, without any single "finishers" they solely rely on. They kill your 4/3 with the obvious 2 drop, 3 attack minion or just go face and say "thanks for giving me a free turn 4, gg"
Top end for totem decks, I guess. It's a balanced good card, so it probaly won't see play. Copying this with Totemic Reflection is an 8 mana combo to summon 2 4/5 sticks. And while the Deathrattle is very Bloodlust-able, it's very underwhelming by itself.
I believe this card won't make Totem Shaman, it will at most be a useful tool for the decks endgame.
This card is insane, just doesn't have the demons to pull yet. Enhanced Dreadlord is a super strong pull, but we need more things to pull for consistency, and more payoff cards to give you a reason to be playing a big demon deck in the first place.
Might be my favorite card of the set so far. Just give a good big old rush demon (RIP Doomgaurd/charge) and it's a bootleg demonic Kathrena Winterwisp
While I could consider this an interesting tech card, it should be costed as that, a tech card. Sprint casts 7 mana and was actually used for a while, mostly because it was paired with a card that made it cost 4. This costs 4 without a second card to combo with, making it perhaps a bit too good.
The last tech card that had premium mana for its effect was Bad Luck Albatross, ended up being nerfed.
If you think that playing a 4/3 for 4 mana is not a huge downside in itself in a tempo deck, this debate is useless.
Like I stated earlier, the chance to actually get to pick what you want the opponent to discard most is 50% at best, since what control deck to best is draw cards, second is having multiple clears. you don't just make them lose the exact card you want, and even if you do, since they can so easily deal with your tempo loss by playing this card (providing you somehow got it to outcast in the first place by making optimal plays at turns 1-2-3) they can deal with drawing that big removal they needed a little later.
Slowish in wild, weakish in standard. There will probably be more support for this in this expansion, as well as in some of the next 4 during its time in standard and this will almost certainly find a place.
Techs like these have always been exaggerated in the past, plus it's legendary, plus 4/4/3 with a tiny condition, plus it might not even help you at the end. Of all the disruption DH got, this one isthe most balanced imo.
Ah yes, Thought Erasure on a decent body. That will totally be a very cool card to play with and against.
Even Warlock's disruption is very condidtional, I mean, look at Chaos Gazer, it gives your opponent an actual interactive way to deal with a discard type effect. Even Gnomeferatu is less toxic in that regard.
When you play this and activate the Outcast effect, your worst scenario is your opponent topdecking the card you shuffled, which means this card stopped one draw and allowed you to see a portion of your opponent's hand.
This seems really good in Control Paladin, where you can follow it up with Consecration on your next turn for a big tempo swing. I'm not as sure about it in Warrior - there's just a lot of competition for weapon slots.
There's plenty of totem support in the class - particularly Splitting Axe and Totemic Reflection, and Totem Goliath could certainly make it hard to clear your board in preparation for a big Bloodlust turn, but unless Blizzard reveals a card similar to Windshear Stormcaller in this set, I don't see this card showing up in any serious deck. Between the cost above vanilla and the overload, you're paying 3 mana for the four basic totems. It's a decent rate of return, but as a deathrattle it's super slow.
Seems gimmicky, it's hard to tell really. Combo will probably appreciate this, maybe control and possibly some aggro with high-cost finishers. Overall a really interesting card, interested to see what happens with it.
So, 4 mana draw 4 and it disrupts your opponent if your hand is empty. There's a decent chance the outcast effect is neutral for you (i.e. there's a decent chance your opponent isn't playing control or combo), and that may limit the metagames in which you want to play this, but its a cool effect regardless.
Regis said it in the video, it activates before your draw, you get a "discover" option to either keep the card you would draw or pick a "mystery choice" ie shuffle the one you would draw at the bottom and draw a new one.

Wow, if only Demon Hunter's cards were good yet balanced like this one in their first expansion...

Ok, lets go 1 by 1 -

Probably not that great, DH already has silence and anti-taunt that's better than this. Highlander maybe?

New Neutral Weapon - Sphere of Sapience
Best part? DH can't use it because of hero power!
New Neutral Minion - Wandmaker
I think it's nice and decent but not enough to see serious play. Pretty much what you'd expect from a neutral common.
New Paladin & Warrior Weapon - Ceremonial Maul
This seems really good in Control Paladin, where you can follow it up with Consecration on your next turn for a big tempo swing. I'm not as sure about it in Warrior - there's just a lot of competition for weapon slots.
New Rogue Spell - Secret Passage
Much MUCH better than Myra's, will be great in most decks for sure. Could even see this being nerfed at some point.
