This is very hard to evaluate. On one hand I see the massively over costed card, on the other, IT IS a great support for totem shaman. This may be dependent on the possible further support for totem deck and I see it ending up as unplayable garbage or broken shit, with no middle ground.
I am still waiting for some "totem fusion" mechanic since Baku, wherever you summon a basic totem and another one exists, upgrade the fisrt one adding the stats of the new totem and this effect, so if you manage to use the hero power 4 times, there will be a single 1/6 totem with all totem effects (Heal, Taunt, Spell Damage). This card is very similar to my idea, but in a deathrattle. Hoping for someone will make Windshear Stormcaller work in wild with this.
Outside of Far Sight getting a lucky draw on this card, it needs to have a way to lower the cost. Deathrattle minions have a great synergy with Priest and Warlock in this set, not so much with Shaman.
I can see it being utilized in Wild more solely because there are more totem options. Based solely on what I am seeing so far, this seems like it will find a home in a number of Tier 2-3 decks.

I can't wait to cast Totemic Reflection on this. Maybe odd shaman will be viable in wild.

the new Druid/shaman spell Lightning blossom will also give you the extra mana to play this on turn 3 if you want
Well totem shaman had only problem sticking a totem... with this sticking totems became easier...
