Well transcribed. I like the idea of budget decks because not everyone will have the ability to get all the card necessary for a competitive deck. To be fair, I have met my end numerous times from a budget deck... so mad respect.
I really like the idea behind the hand buff warrior. That is a class that I originally did not like, but as the quests made their role in the meta, I started liking them more and more. This version with Galakrond is something that I want to try.
Although I am a dedicated Warlock player, I cannot get behind this version of Disco-Lock. I've been trying to get my Priest and Rogue to 1k wins, and I have been ROFL-stomping this deck left and right. I don't know if it is because of the style of decks I am playing against it, but I've yet to lose a game to that deck.
To Battle! has also a Noxus & Demacia version. My quest today was draw 25 cards for 1000 xp but did I remember to check the name for this thread? Of course not.
Today is patch notes day hopefully it gets addressed.
Are you sure about that? I thought patch notes only came out the week of the patch, and we just got a patch last week, so 1.2 should be coming along next week.
I've recently started playing Mogwai's version of the Swain+Gangplank deck and I absolutely love it. It's quite a bit different from the combo deck mentioned above, with more of a focus on Powder Kegs and spells that go well with it. Usually your Swain is levelled up in no time. He played this deck at the start of the expansion though, so it might be a bit outdated but it's definitely still fun. Here's the video highlighting the deck:
Dhunters as a class has plenty of good cards, but definitely not good at everything. It lacks value for example, and the weakness to clears cannot be underestimated. Anything that's not tempo dhunters gets swept hard by priests and can't really outvalue rogue. I've played plenty of big dhunters, and the moment my board gets swept I was left with little to nothing. The priestess nerf is significant in this regard; previously that was pretty much a key card to swing turns, now all that's left is Coilfang Warlord.
My opinion is that tempo dhunters is screwing the class, since there's little space left and the tempo variant is so good I can't see anything else being better until some key cards gets rotated/nerfed.
Also, enrage warrior has weaknesses, but card draw isn't one of them.
Thoughts on the exclusion of Murgur Murgurgle? The card contests the early board, and can be a win con by itself when played on curve. The card itself doesn't need to be supported by other cards.
Is Replicat-o-tron replaceable? If yes, which card would you suggest?
Galakrond Secret Rogue [Ashes of Outland]
I"m wondering how the nerf is going to hit this and other secret rogue decks.
Highlander Mage
I pulled a Reno and dusted him thinking that the meta wouldn't allow for Highlander decks.. man was I wrong.
Big Druid [Ashes of Outland]
I thought that with the cycle, this deck would die... oh how wrong I was.

Basically a variant of Lotus Assassin but better (IMO).
Next up, a Rise of Shadows minion.
Fan Community Spotlight - RenoLord's "Pirates of Vash'jir"
I really like the idea of that Patches card.... but contingent on the animation being, "I'm back in CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGE!!!!!!!"
Galakrond Handbuff
I like this a lot. I'm looking forward to playing something other than Sulfuras or Pirates in Wild with Warrior

Fiora + Unyielding Spirit is BS.
Oh right.. damn next week then.. I expect RIot to address the card in some way they already got feedback about it.
Legends vs Diamond 9/10
If you lose a couple of times in legend you will end up playing against silver, or even bronze players
Legends vs Diamond 9/10
It all depends on your MMR
Legends vs Diamond 9/10
Just reached Legends. The first three matches I had were against Diamond 9 or 10 ... is that normal ? I had expected either Legend or Diamond 1/2

Any tips for Highlander Mage vs Plot Twist Warlock? I feel like I'm just playing solitaire until they set up their combo.

Board recovery in DH is astonishingly good, by virtue of the very Tempo package that keeps the class going.
It lacks some Value, but obscene Card Draw + Tempo is basically what Value does.
And Healing is also there, as well as Board clears.
I have yet to see a DH losing to fatigue, as they have huge reach.
Some of these traits must go or be nerfed again.
The fact Rage Warrior is favored means Rage itself is also extremely good, but not that DH is ok.

Great Artcle.
I can only agree, OldGuardian's Youtube channel is extremely good and has helped me to improve a lot playing this game.

Next: A Witchwood card.

Hearthstone Balance Patch Due Next Week! Buffs, Nerfs and a Bug Fix!
Honestly, I think this 3rd nerf will be an overkill. It's already an auto-loss if you play against Priest.
Hearthstone Balance Patch Due Next Week! Buffs, Nerfs and a Bug Fix!
Dude, if you would nerf Twin Slice as well, Demon Hunter would become kinda dead.

next: Assassinate but with DH flavor.
Libram Paladin [WITH NEW BUFFS]
