Not too powerful, this is literally just a random lackey, but also being a 0 mana spell does have benefits. Lyra the Sunshard, Dragon Soul, Gadgetzan Auctioneer, plus a couple of others I cannot think of right now, these cards aren't all too good, but maybe you enjoy playing them anyways.
This card is just nice and flexible and will be in any priest deck that cares about either lackeys or casting spells, or maybe you just have an extra slot to fill.
So twin spells, cyclone, main quest, Mage's general spell adding with all these it's going to almost always cost 0 also I'm surprised that this giant isn't 12 mana or something all the other giants have been even the other class giant snow fury or whatever.
I had my doubts about when you would actually have a good opportunity to play this, but it looked pretty good in the stream. Granted the reveal streams are rarely good indicators of anything, but I'm a little more optimistic about its potential. Certainly it will be good every once in a while when generated by Galakrond.
Also, the comparisons to Tess are only skin-deep. They are vastly different cards in practice.
There was an elemental that costed 1 more and saw play, so this definitely should see some play. The dragon requirement isn’t even really that restricting unless you’re running the bare minimum
As always I will stress that +2 spell damage is an incredibly powerful and often overlooked ability, the statline on this card is also insane for this effect.
This is a powerful card, although I do wonder if it will ever see play for the fact that it doesn't really fit into the archetypes that I predict will be powerful (Galakrond and Quest).

New Warlock Spell - Rain of Fire
Good control card for Warlock.
As others have stated, its a baby Hellfire that can activate self damage cards. Also benefits greatly from spell power.
New Mage Spell - Rolling Fireball
Love the concept and the effect is pretty strong. I like cards that make you think about how you position your minions like Meteor.
New Neutral Minion - Grizzled Wizard
very flexible. could work great, but i don't if will see play in constructed
New Paladin Minion - Bronze Explorer
i think its the worst one of the cycle.
New Mage Minion - Mana Giant
So twin spells, cyclone, main quest, Mage's general spell adding with all these it's going to almost always cost 0 also I'm surprised that this giant isn't 12 mana or something all the other giants have been even the other class giant snow fury or whatever.
Galakrond, the Tempest
I think it's one of the weakest Galakronds out there but for sure it's the easiest to play with
New Warrior Minion - Skybarge
Ship's Cannon that is more than likely live a turn. With all the new pirates this card is insane.
Ritual Chopper
this was very predictable
New Warrior Minion - Skybarge
For Pirate Warrior in Standard, yea probably a must-include.
Will probably not see play in Wild. 1 Mana more is a GIANT Difference for Pirate-Warrior.
New Priest Minion - Murozond the Infinite
I had my doubts about when you would actually have a good opportunity to play this, but it looked pretty good in the stream. Invocation of Frost
kind of good? you freeze a minion and summon a rush minion so it will come in handy
Gyrocopter
Similar art to Runaway Gyrocopter
Weird decision.
Awaken!
+2 mana whirlwind with invoke
New Neutral Minion - Scalerider
There was an elemental that costed 1 more and saw play, so this definitely should see some play. The dragon requirement isn’t even really that restricting unless you’re running the bare minimum
New Neutral Minion - Scalerider
Little Blackwing Corruptor,
I think this is better statted for its cost and better option for aggro/tempo decks.
New Paladin Minion - Amber Watcher
playable in all but aggro paladin very good card
New Neutral Minion - Evasive Chimaera
great card. poisonous with evasive is dangerous
New Shaman Minion - Squallhunter
As always I will stress that +2 spell damage is an incredibly powerful and often overlooked ability, the statline on this card is also insane for this effect.

New Neutral Minion - Tasty Flyfish
Menagerie Paladin in Wild is going to be a bit of fun for sure!
Lightforged Crusader
Meme level = 4/5. But i will give it 5/5 because i play for memes
Hippogryph
I doubt that it will but given how Amani War Bear turned out I could see this surprising us.
Parachute Brigand
Patches 2.0... with even moar stats!
New Paladin Spell - Righteous Cause
I think its good since you controll the buff. But it does have friction with the other side quest since your OPwill know what one you played
Ramming Speed
a 1 use supercolider without face damage
