Needs some lifegain and protection. It is a great target for removals so can be used to distarct opponents to consume their removals. Might not work tho.
I can't see this card played in any deck in constructed, making opponent's hero power cost 3 can disrupt your opponent tempo and make some of their turns more awkward, but that won't be enough to justify a spot in the deck in my opinion
i was afraid that more good choose one cards were printed this expansion, making quest druid (a deck i hate from many point of views) even stronger. This card is a choose one but it probably won't be played in quest druid while it helps a weaker archetype, so that is good.
Dendrologist might see play thanks to this card, and now a token druid deck has more things to do on turn 1.
I'm not sure this archetype will see any play, but if it will this card will be a staple
I have no idea how to rate this card since it's not very clear to me HOW the effect will actually work. I can see it being viable maybe, but doubt however this things works will be anything more than a meme.
Smaller Inkmaster Solia. She wasn’t good enough then, and isn’t good enough in Wild. Is the change in cost, condition, or meta enough? *shrug* I’ll try it if I get it.
one mana is a huge difference (allows Pyro + Fireball for isntance). Also you don't need to necessarily go Reno, not to mention Solia never saw Pocket Galaxy in Standard, so there's that.
Yeah, Sometimes you need to use Flamestrike on turn 6 but can't use it because of its cost, This card also makes some cards useable earlier. I liked it more than Inkmaster Solia because its restriction feels safer than Solia imo.
Strongest tech card ever printed. Period. Can you imagine the sheer number of your opponent mana investment this will eat? I mean, I don't play CW, but it must feel veryyyyy bad. Also die Linecracker drood. I crafted Thekal 5 days ago to play some wild duel paladin out of boredness thinking : " I'm gonna play some reno dragon paladin anyway...". Can you feel my pain?
Excellent card for any token deck at all stages of a game. for other decks still strong if an earl 1/2-drop manages to live or as a "buff" to drawing them later in the game. Solid card - I like it.
They really are afraid of giving mage cheap face spells didn't they ?
I agree with them even though it is opposite to mage's class identity but would love them if they build one or two cards for an expansion to stay in standard for a year so we are able to play some Malygos Mages.
Ok card in dragon decks, also even ok without dragons tho. 2 dmg for 1 is ok-ish effect.
i don't like this card at all, because generally i dislike making my own deck worse. It even takes a space in your hand without doing anything, basically if you draw it is like you have one less card in your hand.
You also have to "weigh" the Legendaries, not only count them.
Take for example Lady in White and Chameleos: this is what Priest got after last year's rotation, but they haven't seen competitive play yet. You can make this reasoning with "good" classes as well (Duskfallen Aviana and Splintergraft for Druid), but it leads to the conclusion that a class' strength is not determined by the number of Legendaries available (before Doom in the tomb, Combo Priest dominated the meta with 2 legendaries, 2 epics and all commons, rares and basics), but rather the quality of a set overall.
Rogue has 3 Legendaries, but it may not have a remarkable spot in the meta if some conditions are met, whereas Mage may find itself a place.
New Warlock Spell - Dark Skies
Good card. Like volcano, but cheaper and no overload. And warlock can easily draw enough cards to clear out most of a board.
New Warlock Minion - Zzeraku the Warped
Needs some lifegain and protection. It is a great target for removals so can be used to distarct opponents to consume their removals. Might not work tho.
New Neutral Minion - Blowtorch Saboteur
Typical filler. OK stats, so I would pick on the arena mode
New Neutral Minion - Cobalt Spellkin
This is going straight in Reno dragon mage for more value.
New Neutral Minion - Blowtorch Saboteur
I can't see this card played in any deck in constructed, making opponent's hero power cost 3 can disrupt your opponent tempo and make some of their turns more awkward, but that won't be enough to justify a spot in the deck in my opinion
New Warrior Minion - EVIL Quartermaster
That's a nice highlander card. I can't see it being played outside of that.
New Neutral Minion - Bad Luck Albatross
It also counters Stowaway. if it will be a part of a dominant deck, this card will see more play with all of those highlander decks.
Well, I liked the card but didn't like the art. It doesn't look like an albatross.
New Warlock Spell - Dark Skies
Weak on the arena, Okay on ranked play in handlock, but I don't think it'll be played.
New Druid Spell - Treenforcements
i was afraid that more good choose one cards were printed this expansion, making quest druid (a deck i hate from many point of views) even stronger.
New Priest Minion - Murozond the Infinite
I have no idea how to rate this card since it's not very clear to me HOW the effect will actually work. I can see it being viable maybe, but doubt however this things works will be anything more than a meme.
New Mage Minion - Dragoncaster
Yeah, Sometimes you need to use Flamestrike on turn 6 but can't use it because of its cost, This card also makes some cards useable earlier. I liked it more than Inkmaster Solia because its restriction feels safer than Solia imo.
New Priest Minion - Murozond the Infinite
on arena is very good. on ranked pretty weak....
New Priest Minion - Murozond the Infinite
Playing around it will be fun xd
New Neutral Minion - Platebreaker (Armor Destruction)
Strongest tech card ever printed. Period. Can you imagine the sheer number of your opponent mana investment this will eat? I mean, I don't play CW, but it must feel veryyyyy bad. Also die Linecracker drood. I crafted Thekal 5 days ago to play some wild duel paladin out of boredness thinking : " I'm gonna play some reno dragon paladin anyway...". Can you feel my pain?
New Druid Minion - Goru the Mightree
A support card for treants deck, but not the support that deck needs. I can't imagine this card will see any play.
Breath of the Infinite
Pretty solid in aggro meta and arena power house. So very nice.
New Neutral Minion - Faceless Corruptor
Excellent card for any token deck at all stages of a game. for other decks still strong if an earl 1/2-drop manages to live or as a "buff" to drawing them later in the game. Solid card - I like it.
Time Rip
Well now priest can destroy any minions... Yet another power word: four
New Mage Spell - Arcane Breath
They really are afraid of giving mage cheap face spells didn't they ?
I agree with them even though it is opposite to mage's class identity but would love them if they build one or two cards for an expansion to stay in standard for a year so we are able to play some Malygos Mages.
Ok card in dragon decks, also even ok without dragons tho. 2 dmg for 1 is ok-ish effect.
New Warlock Spell - Dark Skies
Warlock has enough AOE removal that I don't expect this will see much play, especially given the variable amount of damage.
New Priest Minion - Murozond the Infinite
If the Battlecries etc. also invoke this card is going to be crazy. It is like a counter to a great tempo play.
Chronobreaker
I hate this effect as a deathrattle, so trash is what i say...
Fate Weaver
Solid card if galakrond takes off, might be the reason to do priest galakrond deck in a first place.
New Druid Spell - Embiggen
i don't like this card at all, because generally i dislike making my own deck worse. It even takes a space in your hand without doing anything, basically if you draw it is like you have one less card in your hand.
Descent of Dragons
You also have to "weigh" the Legendaries, not only count them.
Take for example Lady in White and Chameleos: this is what Priest got after last year's rotation, but they haven't seen competitive play yet.

This is totally not a matter of fairness.
