  • New Rogue Minion - Necrium Apothecary

This card can be scarry... if any op deathrattle will be released in this set or in next one, this card can tutor and mimic it's effect

  • HALP!!!!!

    Pro

Has anyone beaten the Plaguelord of Death on Heroic? His combination of healing, minion-killing deathrattles, taunt, and resurrect effects make it seem impossible to get at him. I'd love a suggestion for which hero might actually work, and what type of broken synergy to aim for.

  • New Druid Minion - Emerald Explorer

Good Arena boost for Druid indeed...

  • New Card Reveal - Platebreaker (ARMOR DESTRUCTION)

I think this is great. Armor has become a more "neutral" mechanic with every class having access to it and now finally counters to it.

The thousand armor warriors are the real design flaw

  • DoD Quest Paladin (Theorycraft)

Interesting idea, Dread Raven and Bad Luck Albatross could be a headache and snowball the game, but i think that Sathrovarr and Camouflaged Dirigible does not fit in the deck, what are their porpose?

  • New Paladin Minion - Bronze Explorer

good if you get it from random effects 2/5

  • New Priest Minion - Chronobreaker

Looks very interesting. While it seems slow, I think this can be pretty decent. It's not instant, but it does have decent synergy with some of other Priest cards like Shadowy Figure or Psychopomp. Also a decently nice Deathrattle for Da Undatakah - not that it breaks that card, but it's something to note nonetheless.

Should see play in Dragon decks, as their shell seems pretty decent with all new removal, their Galakrond and some cards from the previous year like Wyrmguard. They should be theoretically able to keep quite a lot of boards in check, perhaps they could take a slight Deathrattle approach for this card and previously mentioned ones.

    4/5

  • New Neutral Minion - Cobalt Spellkin

pretty good effect and it comes with a nice body ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

  • DoD Highlander Malygos Druid

Yeah wanted to use it as a nomi but I guess that's a pretty slow play so I might change it

  • New Warrior Minion - EVIL Quartermaster

meh, unless Warrior get some lackey synergy

  • New Neutral Minion - Cobalt Spellkin

I wonder what the rouge 1 cost spells are?

  • New Neutral Minion - Platebreaker (Armor Destruction)

Whoot - it's getting tech up in here!

  • New Neutral Minion - Platebreaker (Armor Destruction)

it seems that people here don't play the game, NOBODY plays thekal, this card is good ONLY for combo decks, most combo decks has limited burst so when you're opponent is at certain health treshhold you lost the game, this is good only there, isnt good for aggro decks or good to counter thekal

  • New Paladin Minion - Bronze Explorer

Great card - getting a little scared of Paladin

  • Kripparrian Hosting the Final Card Reveal Stream for Descent of Dragons

It stands for "no life", not "never lucky" (which I associate more with Forsen).

  • Bandersmosh

Battlecry shaman, playing this just for fun.

    Played Shudderwock last turn.

    Get Banderswock this turn.

    Profit.

(PS.: There will be at least one troll doing exactly that, and probably would backfire more than anything but... I'm gonna try it if I get this little a-hole)

  • New Neutral Minion - Platebreaker (Armor Destruction)

After years, finally! But right now, it's really necessary? Odd Warrior doesn't even exists anymore, armor druid is almost irrelevant in meta, but at least they printed this.

  • New Card Reveal - Platebreaker (ARMOR DESTRUCTION)

I never thought I would see a card like this one. I guess old CW is finally dead. I wish we had this against infinite Kun druid too but oh well.

They seem to be printing cards that also affect wild now, since last expansion, and that's great; the main example would be the new taunt that summons 1-drops for the opponent, everyone will want to run that against priest.

  • New Warrior Minion - EVIL Quartermaster

    Meh, weak and boring.

  • New Neutral Minion - Cobalt Spellkin

Arena filler and possible playable in quest mage.

  • Nithogg

At worst it's a 6 mana 5/5 Battleycry "Give Priority targets to your opponent", if the opponent clears the eggs, or silence them or even kill them it would have fullfilled it's role.

At best it's a 6 mana 13/13 and that's op af... but it has a costly requirement, so that's okish.

  • New Neutral Minion - Platebreaker (Armor Destruction)

r/customhearthstone on suicide watch, never thought they would print this card.

But even if control warrior is popular can you even afford to run this in a super aggro deck  or in a combo deck like holy wrath paladin, maly druid I dont think so. Imo its a better tech card for warrior mirrors than aggro decks.

Imo its really powerful card but only few decks afford to run this like reno mage, quest shaman vs. which don't have much problem against control warrior anyways. There could be a future control meta where this card might reign supreme but after seeing warrior Galakrond I'm not holding my breath for such meta.

  • New Card Reveal - Platebreaker (ARMOR DESTRUCTION)

because you enjoy decks that win just by having more health than the opponent has damage?

  • New Card Reveal - Platebreaker (ARMOR DESTRUCTION)

Without escalating the argument I do have to agree with the other comments in the fact that this card is a tech card which will likely see fringe play. Tech cards are necessary in order to provide checks for game mechanics which could grow out of control similar to how secrets are countered by secret tech cards. These tech cards are rarely used, especially in aggro decks and if anything this validates other control decks by giving classes without armor gain the option to tech this card in their deck to compete with armor gain control classes such as control warrior which otherwise would have invalidated attempts to create control decks with classes such as rogue. Overall the card seems interesting and although I don’t believe it will see much play I can’t wait to see how the meta shifts and uses this card to counter popular decks or how the card shifts out of the meta because of the lack of armor gain in top tier decks.

  • Platebreaker

ResidentSleeper Warrior actually having to think about a strategy instead of just vomiting removal and ramor...I hope they'll cope with it.
