I absolutely agree with Even Hunter opinions.

However, i think the new cards really push for the Face side of Even Hunter, hence going for "lategame threat" is actually redundant: hero power is the real threat for the whole game.

I already adjusted my Grimm Face Hunter in that direction, and i can't wait to try.

Fairly sure he meant he wasn't sure what it was about the artwork that he liked so much, not a lack of clarity about the subject of the artwork.

Managed to get a golden Goldrinn, the Great Wolf AND it was while playing with Giantfin! 

Huh? No on contrary jinx is very strong, as baseline is is potent 4/3 quick attack for 4 is good enough, you should run discard with her you can quite consistently get to turn 5 jinx 2, also you might not have read her full reward she also makes you draw an additional card each round.. 

Try to pair her with Draven and run discard deck it was heavily nerfed this patch and for good reasons.... It was too good. 

Thanks for the tip - I wasn't aware of that one - but it works only when going from the recent thread list ... It would be awesome if the same could be implemented on the main page in that window showing the 4-5 latest active threads or if you could at least click the username to access their comment directly, maybe? Or maybe it is a personal issue and no one else think it is problematic ; that could also be it.

I recommend you go with new Dane's Big Rogue!

The card is pretty cool but the reward for emptying your hand is too small. She can be easily removed from the board with spells and you can't even use the mega rocket after you tried so much to upgrade her.

thanks but planning to replace 3x Crimson Curators with 3x Crimson Awakeners. I don't have those cards yet so if you have them you need to replace them because I can't trigger Crimson Curator's effect usually.

I can suggest you to use the Babbling Bjerg in your deck btw. It acts well for finding Vladimirs and Avarosan Hearthguards and even Legion Veterans after buffing them with Avarosan Hearthguards.

Also Legion Veteran is a must in this kind of decks in my opinion. Reckoning also acts well with Vladimir and Legion Veteran because of 5+ attacks on your minions.

 

I see I wasn't aware of that card that buffs +1/0 when damaged  seems good cause it got yeti stats, I used to run the babbling guy but I wasn't sure he was worth it I guess the fact that when played on curve he will always give a good 5 drop is worth. 

What do you think about the curator? He seems weak to me cause he does give value but the tempo is questionable specially when removed by opponent or forced to block..

Also transfusion seems really good I used it, it's a cheap activator with a surprise trade and buff. 

 

Yup Crimson Curator is a weak card you are right but i don't have any other cards which i can replace with him right now. It's just a filler in the deck right now but rewards the deck good if you can trigger its effect for sure. I would prefer more Crimson Aristocrats or Crimson Awakener rather than Crimson Curators tbh but I couldn't get those cards yet. I will probably replace curators with Crimson Awakeners as soon as I collect them because body is great and effect is also rewarding the deck greatly with its downside. As i said above, Crimson Curator is weak but it sometimes gives me the cards (the crimson cards that i mentioned above) that i couldn't collect right now so I've found it usable with its that way.

I didn't add Transfusions to the deck because I can already use it with drawing more Vladimirs. It is Vladimir's spell version so I can already use it in my games.

I need those damn reveals NOW!

So bored atm. I have only Zephrys the Great, Kazakus and Bazaar Burglary left, to (partially) save me from repetitiveness and Wild cancers.

I don't think you consider that you may continue your run if you don't lose 2 in a row. That's a huge advantage among other games' arena modes. Also you didn't mention but there is also a huge experience reward after you complete your expedition. The real reward is those experiences because of the economy of the Legends of Runeterra.

I mean, I'm sure they balance the rewards around the stuff which I mentioned above. If you can go like 1 win and 1 lose you can complete your run with 14 wins and 14 loses. Which card game around rewards you in an arena mode with 14 loses ? This is a huge advantage in my opinion.

You are collecting cards by collecting experience points in this game. Not with buying card packs or sth like that. Even Daily quests are giving experience as rewards. Regional rewards are so high and expeditions helps you to get experiences + other rewards at the same time.

Don't compare the rewarding and economy system with Hearthstone or any other game. This game's economy model is unique to itself. As I said above, The real rewards are not shards or the champion cards. The reward is experience.

I got 1500 experience after 7 wins in first and 1 wins at second trial. I got 1 champion card + Diamond Chest + 3500 shards +1500 experience after first trial + 100 experience after second trial and also I got 1750 experience from my 7 wins and 25 experience from a lose at first trial + 250 experience from my second trial's win + 50 experience losing 2 games at second trial. That's total of 3675 experiences.

After an expedition run, My region tree jumped 3 rewards which is a huge reward. So don't underestimate the experience reward of the Expeditions.

So the point is, Experiences are almost the most important thing in this game. You are collecting shards + wildcards + weekly vaults by collecting experience points. Keep that in mind.

TL;DR, I think rewards are good and don't underestimate experience point rewards.

The discard mechanic in Hearthstone is still the weakest and underutilized Class mechanic in the game. Hopefully, we will see the mechanic shine the future.
