Christ, how many lines of text can one fit on a card?

This can be really strong in certain decks and can easily be used as a combo piece. I wouldn't be surprised if someone figures out a really simple combo to pull off with this guy. Should be great fun experimenting and also will be hilarious when generated off of random effects.

Anyone agreeing with Flux's position should read up on The Onion's amicus brief to Novak v City of Parma. It is a spirited (and hilarious) defense of parody and why it is unnecessary to disclaim that something is a joke.

The Onion itself is an exemplar of presenting absurdity as fact. Sure, that's technically "misinformation", but it's misinformation that should be allowed and enjoyed by those of us with a sense of humor.

Those without a sense of humor should not be trying to ruin the fun for the rest of us by advocating the banning of parody.

Tribe-less Mo'arg Artificer but better since it works with every damage output, not only spells. Might see some play in control but it's stricte a combo card

Nether + a body + Corpse refuel. Isn't this just sort of broken?

If this works then 60-health Renathal Blood DK might be pretty insane. Basically you just jam it as soon as you can, and then continue to remove everything and use Patchwerk, Mutanus and Theotar to disrupt your opponent's wincon. Eventually they'll just die.

I like it on paper, but in practice it's probably not worth playing it more than once. A free 3/5 is nice and all, but one you've payed 10 health to play it again it stops being all that attractive.

Really hard to evaluate. On paper it sucks because you can't really use it on curve properly.

On the other hand, you don't necessarily need to activate the Manathirst on anything but the last card.

Then again, 16 damage is not that much in this day and age and there's no convenient way to combo with Brann.

However, there is that funny little interaction in Druid, where you can play all 3 Astalors with Brann which amounts to 36 damage and + 10 armor and a couple more Astalors in hand all for the low cost of 18-mana.

So...on paper this is a better Mo'arg because it applies to everything and doesn't affect you.

On the flipside this is a 3-mana Mo'arg (aka post-nerf mo'arg lmao) and it's most likely not sticking around for a turn anyways.

Hard to say if it's better or worse. It's not like MO'arg saw a lot of play outside of Lifesteal DH and a brief cameo in Warlock.

Yeah, talk about value-trading. I think it makes the cut in certain 40-card decks.

Not if your gameplan includes nuking your own minions if your opponents have none (aka Lifesteal DH)

The final form at 10 mana is good enough to want as an additional board clear in control decks, and it's flexible. It's a 2-drop that you're actually really happy to top-deck on turn 7. It's not over-powered, but I think the flexibility will likely see it make the cut in certain decks.

I can't wait for Mark McKz to get 7 of these on the board and Shooting Star three Soulbound Ashtongues.

Granted this was back in April 2020, but Enchanter just took Lothraxion out back and shot him lol. Half the cost, Neutral, and you can run two of them? Craziness :P

If I understood that right, this is basically a one-sided Mo'arg Artificer, which shows that they did learn something from their previous experience.

Interesting card, beyond-boring name. Not "Mystical Enchanter", or "Sunwell Enchanter", or anything really. Just...Enchanter.

This is such a cool design. Manathirst is quickly becoming one of my favourite keywords.
