It's great fuel for decks that want to play spells from different schools. I'm not sure when you'd like to use it, otherwise, unless there's a nasty combo deck involved.
I think Dapper's comparison to the Primes and Pyros is fair so far as power level goes, but Astalor Bloodsworn adds the next card to your hand right away - in classes like Shaman with poor draw (and Battlecry synergy) or decks that want to keep large hands, this is a mediocre-to-good card that just keeps on giving. I can see it being slotted in a few decks just to fill the gaps.
Dapper and Brandon ask, why not run Sire Denathrius instead? Why not both?
Amber Whelp is about 2 years too late. Only priest is playing dragons now, and I dont see why they'd play this card. It does powercreep both Scalerider and Blackwing Corruptor
There's definitely scope for a frost wyrm priest (aka undead dragon priest) this expansion, so I'd hold off any meta judgments on the whelp 'til we've seen what all the classes are doing
What is the point of Translocation Instructor when its so blantantly worse than Soul Seeker. Or are we toying with the idea that its strictly more useful that the minion dies on your opponent's side?
But Hawkstrider Rancher though. That's scary as hell. Fortunately, it requires minions to be played to gain the effect. Imagine if its summon. Implock would be tier 1 all over again.
March of the lich King is so far proving to be a bit mixed, because Ive now seen so many OP cards for DK while the cards available to the other classes are so poor. Its like all the design energy went towards DK and every other class/neutrals have to have a share of the scraps left behind. Manathrist so far looking disappointing, possibly because of the obsession with making the baseline minion crap or vanilla. If there isn't a card that synergizes with all these manathrist cards it might possibly prove to be a dud.
Silvermoon Arcanist is only one mana off Guild Trader, but infinitely less useful because of the lack of tradeable, and its usage is simply against minions. I can't see many reasons to play this over Enchanter.
Crystal Broker does nothing until turn 5. A very strict manathirst card indeed.
Sanctum Spellbender has a neat effect but very likely its only really good from evolve shenanigans rather than inclusion because of its costs. You can't even make an argument for aggro decks, because this doesn't protect against AoE. Unless the meta revolves around one card's ability to target minions, this will unlikely make any impact.

Bloodied Knight is good. I mean 3 mana 4/5 with a paltry downside most aggro decks would shrug off. Only thing stopping it is redundancy because most gameplans nowadays seems to be tribe related.
Basically recycle Mo'arg Artificer, except now it also includes damage outside of spells.
But costing 3? That's hard, because when artificer was 3 it saw no play outside of dhunter and that's because of a combo. Likely DK will make use of it because of lifesteal and really nowhere else.
Is it just me, or do MOST of these neutrals just look like pack fillers? I understand that there have to be bad cards, but i'm surprised they show such weak neutrals so early.
Perhaps they want us to look at the bad neutrals first, and then forget them while they show use the good cards later on? If so, thats certainly a different way of doing this. Normally they just dump these after the final reveal stream.
Edit: I probably should have been more aware of the reveal schedule, instead of just checking the site every few hours. Either, way i would like to retract my previous statement about the reveal schedule, its actually pretty smart to reveal neutrals first. This way people can theorycraft for DKs, and there also is the showmatch on the 16th for which they need all neutrals to be revealed. However i still think most of these cards look pretty bad.
Might be a better Mo'arg Artificer in some scenarios, and considering we also got Silvermoon Arcanist i'm suddenly scared that we are going to get a Il'gynoth kinda card this expanion, or in some expansion next year.... plz no blizz.
Wow, a neutral that actually has the SLIGHTEST bit of a chance to see competative play? I thought this would never happen. This card seems good in aggresive decks because its sticky and it can give some nice buffs. The only bad thing i can see about this card is the fact that it only gives minions you PLAY the buff. So no summoned minions getting any kinda buff, which is a good thing honestly. Otherwise the deathrattles would chain infinitely. (*Shudders thinking about infinite chains + denathrius*)
a 3 mana 3/2 that REQUIRES you to wait to play it until you got 5 mana, otherwise it does nothing. And even on 5 mana, it summons a 3 drop. Honestly i dont know what kind a deck wants to include this. Aggro prefers something that can do anything immediately, midrange wants better stuff and Control deck don't want this anywhere near them.
This only seems decent in arena, because there it can be a good topdeck later into the game i guess?
This honestly looks pretty bad and awkard on paper. Not only that but it adds the card in hand. While this is nice, it does leave it open for good 'ol Theotar, the Mad Duke and [Hearthstone Card (Mutanous the devourer) Not Found] to remove it from your hand. And with manathirst you need to wait until certain mana totals in order to use this card effectively. And the final reward honestly seems only good in Druid because of Guff. On top of that Sire Denathrius is a way better finisher.
Still in practice it might be decent, but i honestly feel like there are too many challenges for it to be good.
Edit: After looking at theorycrafts, wow this card is busted. Apparantly playing both Sire Denathrius and Astalor Bloodsworn is very good. If Theotar, the Mad Duke steals one of them, at least you can still destroy them with the other.
Seems meh, but i think some kind of dragon priest might use it. After all, priest already has a few good dragons in standard. Emphasis on "a few", considering priest only has 4 dragons, 1 of those being a legendary.
Wow, a spell damage card that prevents spells from going FACE? Unless we get some kind of Il'gynoth-kinda combo in the future, i dont see this getting played in any deck.
Edit: One of those combos AND a way to cheat this out.
Seems meh to me. It's a worse Shadow Hunter Vol'jin most of the time, and i dont think this sees play because Soul Seeker does something similar. Honestly this seems like a arena card i guess? But even then you probably aren't happy to pick/play this.
New Mage Spell - Arcane Bolt
It's great fuel for decks that want to play spells from different schools. I'm not sure when you'd like to use it, otherwise, unless there's a nasty combo deck involved.

Two bad ones and fortunately a few better cards;

Enchanter is a New Card Revealed by Tierras de Fuego for March of the Lich King

New Neutral Minion - Sanctum Spellbender
Seems horrible. Its technically a "tech card", but its easely removed and honestly pretty expensive for its effect. Pack filler.
New Neutral Minion - Astalor Bloodsworn
This honestly looks pretty bad and awkard on paper. Not only that but it adds the card in hand. While this is nice, it does leave it open for good 'ol Theotar, the Mad Duke and [Hearthstone Card (Mutanous the devourer) Not Found] to remove it from your hand. 4 New Cards Revealed for Hearthstone's March of the Lich King Expansion by /r/hearthstone
Do we know if a Hawkstdrider is a Beast? If so, it could be really good in a Wild aggro Hunter.
New Neutral Minion - Silvermoon Arcanist
Wow, a spell damage card that prevents spells from going FACE? Unless we get some kind of Il'gynoth-kinda combo in the future, i dont see this getting played in any deck.
Edit: One of those combos AND a way to cheat this out.
New Neutral Minion - Bloodied Knight
Pretty bad card, and only "meh/decent" this expansion because The Demon Seed exists, but i dont think this card ressurects that archetype LUCKELY.
New Neutral Minion - Silvermoon Armorer
Arena card. I dont see any deck wanting this honestly.
New Neutral Minion - Coroner
Brrrloc reprint with no tribe and the upside is only later into the game. Seems like either filler or a arena card to me.
New Neutral Minion - Translocation Instructor
Seems meh to me. It's a worse Shadow Hunter Vol'jin most of the time, and i dont think this sees play because Soul Seeker does something similar. Honestly this seems like a arena card i guess? But even then you probably aren't happy to pick/play this.
4 New Cards Revealed for Hearthstone's March of the Lich King Expansion by /r/hearthstone
Soul Seeker gives you the card like a Mind Control from deck
While Translocation Instructor is more like Shadow Hunter Vol'jin but from the deck.

i dont think they needed to specify it to be the opponent's.

Hawkstrider Rancher IMO might be actually a cool card in token decks
4 New Cards Revealed for Hearthstone's March of the Lich King Expansion by /r/hearthstone
Silvermoon Armorer looks like a top tier Arena card.
