You are right in that it is grammatically correct, but it is not consistent with other Hearthstone cards.
Still there is not any inconsistency. "if you're holding a dragon, Give it Divine Shield." and "Give it Divine Shield if you are holding a dragon." are same sentences. There is not any ambiguity.
They are both the same sentence, and they both mean the same thing, but the way the sentence is formatted is different than on the other cards, and is therefore, an inconsistency.
What you are doing here is finding fault with anything blizzard do. It is just funny how you defend yourself with a meaningless sentence differencies between cards. It is not like the difference between "Adapt 2 times" "adapt, then adapt" or " adapt twice". It is just same sentences in different order, doesn't even mislead people.
As much as I appreciate a new mode finally, I’m pretty livid they wasted valuable development time on building a half baked (ui is awful) version of a game someone else created. It rings home that the creativity behind Hearthstone is DEAD. To add insult to injury, this mode has 0 effect, impact, and adds 0 value to Hearthstone. We’re simply being made to be guinea pigs for an already successful game concept, that they can’t even entertain building a real UI for. Blizzard is a shell of itself

Positive thing is, that they try to do something new. But that's it in my opinion.
At first glance it looked like a really low effort, because practically all interface and cards - are reused.
After watching about 3-4 hours of Kripparian stream... my opinion got only worse.
Long story short - I think Battlegrounds will not have enough variety. Which means - low replayability, so probably it will not last long. It is not possible to survive without Blizzard support.
It's nice to try something new, especially before next year Standard rotation, that's it. I hate to be this negative, but that's what I feel.
We can really expect more effort from Blizzard. Personally I hoped they announce Auto Chess, but... based on Heroes of the Storm characters. They have so many nice characters there... (I play HotS casually sometimes).
In case of HS, I wait for some interesting new modes. For example I so much want to play Sealed format. I hope they can introduce new mode next year.
Well of course they would reuse the cards/interface. This is not a new game, it is a new game mode. Which means that you are still playing Hearthstone, and you are still playing with Hearthstone cards, but in a new way.
Arena exists as a 'sealed' format, so I am not sure why you bring that up as though it hasn't been a thing for ever.

Anyway, I could argue that Battlegrounds is more of a Tavern Brawl mode, because it is so similar to regular Hearthstone. Then why does it need another button hidden in the menu?
This mode, I feel, would be perfectly fine as a month-long Tavern Brawl for some mid-expansion Event.
The little optimism out of this is - as they see player numbers going down, slowly but steadily - they will be pushed more and more to improve player experiences, and new game modes are good for that. That's why I think - they introduced Battlegrounds in the first place, as an easy way to introduce something new.

Probably because in the past if it didn’t give usable mana crystals it would say “empty mana crystals” and this doesn't say “empty”.
However, the wording of “set” like Zihi as opposed to “gain” like with Astral Communion would likely mean you’re right. Just went with refresh as per the card not saying “empty”. But now that you’ve brought it up, any crystals gained could very well be empty due to the ambiguity of what “set” means. I think Zihi is the only card with that wording for a mana count interaction and it goes in reverse.
Oh neat, I'll be glad to use her instead of Anduin, now if only they would do that for Nemsy Necrofizzle. There are no Fireside even remotely close to me, let alone one I'd take my computer to. I don't have a smartphone (no need for it) and don't have a tablet, and I DETEST Gul'dan. Probably one of the reasons I don't play lock as much as I would.

The way I read how the candles work is they trigger and summon waxxadred once drawn. Then they draw the next card. Just like the 4/4 spiders from KnC. So in the end you always draw a card after Myras. So this play wouldn't be fatigue proof imo.
If you fill your hand to ten before adding the candles you burn them one at a time instead of drawing through the lot.
But that's a very fringe scenario, hardly something worth pursuing as a win condition. Sometimes relevant against bomb warrior though.

The more I think about this card, the more I like it. For one, it is a dragon, and the main use of dragons in dragon decks is not to play them, but to save them to trigger all of their dragon synergies. So having dragons that are situational is okay.
Against a wide board, Deathwing is basically a not-so-reliable board clear. But against just one or two minions, deathwing is basically a 12/12 with rush. Similar to the original Deathwing, Mad Aspect will, more often than not, clear the board and leave behind a very large threat.
This card is basically a much more reliable Swamp King Dred. I think it will see play in dragon warrior (and big warrior, if that ever becomes a thing).
P.S. Why is his name 'mad aspect' instead of 'aspect of madness'? This would be more consistent with the new malygos, and it would sound a lot cooler.
I got it even though my country (Croatia) also wasn’t included. I think only 7-8 countries were included in that promotion. I got it by asking some random American guy on Twitch who watched Counter-Strike to give me his Hearthstone code (for Tyrande) and he had no problem doing so since he doesn’t play Heartstone at all. That was the only way to obtain her if your country wasn’t in promotion.
Even though I have ALL heroes available I feel like people who missed limited-time heroes should be able to buy them in store for $10 if they want. I mean c’mon, they haven’t updated ‘Heroes’ section of the shop since June 2015 when they introduced Alleria, Magni and Medivh.
